A great company. Our products came out nicely and the graphics were spot on. At first our graphics were pretty low graphic wise but they offered to redo our logo for a table throw. I ordered two side walls and an awning from Vispronet for total of $315 dollars. UPS or Vispronet messed up and I never received anything so I called and was told it was delivered. I contacted UPS to open a investigation, the Awning was found but not the $65 dollar side walls. UPS closed the case and informed me Vispronet should have opened it and they need to reopen the case. I called and didn't get any help, decided to just forget the $65 dollar side walls. I went to use the awing on my pop-up at a festival and it was just a box full of parts with no instructions, I contacted them and asked if they wanted the thing back, they have now sent me some pdf instructions but I am done. GOING IN THE TRASH!!! Update: I contacted Erica Richardson the account specialist and made arrangements to return the awning for a refund so I paid postage and sent it back in the same box and in the same condition as I received it. I never got a refund so when I contacted Mrs. Richardson I was informed it was not returned in "resalable" condition and no refund will be issued. Customer service is excellent and fast and the turnaround was great. My only complaint is the blue color on the flag I ordered looks faded compared to the green and magenta ones I received. I wish it was a richer, more navy color. read more

Do not order from this company! We own 4 brick and mortars, 3 brands, and 3 online stores. In the 15 years we have been in business, I have never experienced such horrific customer service. Kiersten hung up on me, was argumentative, and I even had to call her back and beg her to calm down. Not only did our order arrive a week late after paying forced to pay double for shipping costs, but it arrived to the wrong address in a different state (it was supposed to be shipped to IL and arrived in TX). Kiersten(their rude and inept customer service manager) required me to physically return the item to receive a refund, but being I am across the country it was not possible. I am now alerting anyone who is considering doing business with this company to stay away. In addition, the use false online review platforms (Sitejabber and Shopper Approved). read more

Combine my being a perfectionist with my being a little paranoid about spending a little over $1,000 of my Crime Watch organization's money, and I was stressing about my search for the perfect company to use to create our custom canopy and table cover. I was stressed about committing my multi-layer, full-color designs to a company knowing that it would require working with them to make sure it turned out right, and I was also worried about the quality of the materials. I'm in California and I really wanted to find a local company; however, as I looked into each local company, there was always something I didn't like or trust about the company. I finally found Vispronet and was very pleased with their website but was disappointed when I realized they were all the way across the country in Pennsylvania. I continued my search but kept coming back to Vispronet because their website seemed to be the most professional, the website provided very thorough information including very informative videos, and their prices were reasonable even with the cost of cross-country shipping added in. I called the company to try to get a feel regarding their professionality. I talked to Kyle and was very pleased with the vibe. Little did I know that I'd end up speaking with Kyle over a dozen times to tweak this and that and to figure out Pantone color and to upload revised Photoshop layers. I was impressed with his patience and helpfulness to accommodate my "perfectionist" concerns. In the end, our items arrived in time for our event, .. and both the full-color canopy and table cover were absolutely gorgeous. I'm soooooo happy I went with Vispronet. I got nice comments about it even from people whom I never expected would pay a compliment. I'm not sure Kyle will be happy to hear this, but I'm also in another non-profit organization, .. and when we get enough money to buy a canopy and table cover for them, I'll, without a doubt, be using Vispronet again. Kyle and their graphics team will probably say, "Oh no, not Richard again"; .. but that's what they get for being such a great company and for doing such a great job for me on my first project. read more

The short and sweet... Vispronet or bust. After reviewing prices at 10 difference conference material vendors, Vispronet was the most price competitive. What I did not expect is their customer service team is phenomenal, and is the impetus for the review. Chris running their chat service efficiently took over my ridiculous design, improved it on all fronts, then on the backend screening their graphics team noted some file issues I did not conform to. Company is horrible. They take much longer than they specify and the prints are low quality. They said our easy up would take about 2 weeks to arrive, we allowed over a month so we would surely have it by our trade show. After 3 weeks we called and asked where it was and they hadnt started printing it yet. We had to pay 300 extra for rush service and shipping, then when the easy up arrived there were already some letters peeling and the frame was falling apart, by the end of the show we threw the easy up away. We ordered from another company since then and our new one is much better. Use another company because vispronet is horrible with customer service and has low quality products. read more

We recently purchased a large A frame sign with custom artwork from Vispronet and were so excited when it arrived! The artwork was beautiful and they worked very well with us to get a good quality sign. When we took the A frame out of it's packaging, we noticed it was damaged. After sending photos of the damaged sign, Vispronet PROMPTLY sent us a brand new A frame at no extra cost! We couldn't be happier. Thanks Vispronet, you will be hearing from us again! read more

Customer service originally granted me an extension so I could receive the product on time. In the chat they said that the "3pm deadline will be missed I will set you at a 5 day production to stay on track." I confirmed with her the date that I would receive it by and she said "yes" followed by "is there anything else I can help you with?" I left the conversation feeling good about my order. When I got back to my computer a few minutes later, she had chatted me that I never approved the graphic and that the deadline could not be extended unless I paid an additional $240 to get "bumped to the front of the line." It was very clear that they wanted to just suck another $240 out of a $1,400 order. read more

My company's experience with Vispronet has been an absolute nightmare. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, starting with their chat function online. It took forever to get assistance and a response when we were having trouble with their website. We were on a tight schedule and after their site not accepting the graphics we uploaded even though my graphic design had double and triple checked the file they were still denied. We wasted half a day going back and forth with their customer service people on how we should submit them. Then they tried to charge us for expedited shipping to meet our deadline even though the only reason we were in jeopardy of missing it was due to the technical issues on their site which they denied. Long story short after several rounds of back and forth they finally were able to discover that they did have issues with their site and only then refunded us for the shipping. Upon receiving the product one of the banners we had ordered came to us broken and unusable. After calling their customer service line again they actually tried to blame us for the broken banner stating that the damage must have happened when we unpacked it! They are refusing to replace it and have given us the run around when we've asked for assistance. Bottom line: will never be ordering from them again my recommendation would be to stay far away from this company if quality and service are what you're looking for. read more
