Never again. Shipped via FedEx. Tracking showed it was on the truck for 4 days. I contacted the company via email, not to complain about them, but to suggest they use another method of delivery for a 3 pound package. All I got was an argument from"office manager, Jesse Sanchez. I tried to explain that I wasn't upset with Vista, but Jesse is very confrontational. I'm also a business person and I ship via USPS Priority Mail everyday. 3 day delivery max. I called to placed an order was told it would ship that day if placed by the cut off time which I did and paid extra shipping. It did not ship as promised and will now miss the delivery date I needed it by. I called and left 2 voicemails during operation hours and finally got a call back from someone totally combative Jess who claims to be a manager. He called with a terrible attitude, negative tone/demeanor and absolutely didn't call to help. If you want to shop somewhere that values their customers this sadly isn't the place! HORRIBLE PRODUCT! HORRIBLE SERVICE! We orded a very basic advertising flag to draw in street traffic. It had white lettering on blue fabric. The pole did not extend to the edge of the flag. The fabric flapped over the top of the lettering and laid there limp, covering the top portion of the advertisment. The words on one side were backwords, and the blue background all ready looked faded, like the flag was old and had been in the sun for years. I sent Vista Flags a picture of the flag and Rich, the manager just made excuses for the poor product. He kept repeating, "there are no refunds on custom flags" and refused to address our legitimate concerns with the product design and quality. The flag and pole cost us $180.00 and is useless. I strongle advise against using Vista Flags for any products, there products are of poor quality and poorly designed. read more

Its not horrible service, there is no service. There is only Marybeth that E-mails you back telling you your basically to stupid to side a flag on there pole and snap a clip on the end. The product is not reinforced at the top side so the pole eats threw the material in no time. When I place this order for a feathered flag I chose the shipping that in the order stated delivery date estimated on the 23rd. After getting the invoice it automatically went to the 24th. I called and they go your area is 4 days well your ordering area did not say that. I called and they did not seem to care that my customer needed tonight the 23rd not the 24th. Like oh well!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Horrible business practices!!! I ordered a flag and was not happy with it when I received it. It was very poor quality. Therefore, I returned it within 30 days, exactly as I received it, even in the same packaging. According to my UPS tracking ticket, they received it and even listed the person who signed for it. I called them 15 days later and the person who signed for it answered the phone. I won't put any names because I do not think that is appropriate. She told me they had issued a refund of $40. I paid over $70!! She could tell I was upset and she immediately got nasty. She is trying to tell me that they upgraded my shipping status (I paid over $20 for shipping), so they just decided "hey let's deduct that from the amount". NOT GOOD BUSINESS. They did NOT upgrade my shipping, no matter what they say. I paid for the upgraded shipping. I have proof! Nevertheless, all I get is $40.. .AND I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT THAT!! Time will tell. This is a fantastic product! I had the flags flying outside of my store and not more than an hour later it brought business to my location. They are a good size to get noticed and the hybrid flag/banner design means that I will get movement out of them like a flag, but the partial curve on the top holds it open somewhat for the days when there is no wind at all. Since there are very few days when there is no wind at all this isn't a problem. I was careful to get designs that are simple and can be read from both the front and the back (since it it's backwards) and I've noticed an increase in my business since they've been put up. read more

Pretty happy with the purchase and overall experience. Ordered flags Saturday night and received it by Tuesday. The price was competitive with everything else on the web, with an added volume discount. Product was new, and looked just as advertised. The manager seem to be very young and immature explain to him why should I pay an extra $5 because I give credit card information over the phone he refused and knocked the $5 off even though I explained I didn't care how secure the website was people do hack into websites he refused to listen to me he was just a smart alec will never do business with him again I don't think it's fair just because somebody goes information over the phone but they should charge 5 extra dollars for it I filled out all the other information website so all he had to do was type in 16 digits from the credit card expiration date and the 3 digits on the back and I guess because he had to type in a few extra numbers are on his whatever he does he want to charge me 5 extra dollars will never buy from again I think it's a very very poor customer service and I also think it should be against the law to charge somebody 5 extra dollars due to the fact of all the fraud that is going on in this world right now this guy is very unreasonable will go to somebody else that is more reliable read more
