Awful customer service. The soccer league recommended this company so I called them and Delong gave me their email to send our team info and said they had a 2 day turnaround to provide a proof. I sent an email on 4/10. Never heard back. I called them and they said the email went to spam. So it's now 4/16 we are emailing back and forth and they provide a proof on 4/17. Quick, cool! They edit that proof and I ask for them to make corrections and the 2nd proof still has errors that were overlooked in my email to have corrected. I finally have proof #3 on 4/19 and I ask if it will be ready that day. Amy responds and says she can do a rush order and have it ready for $50. I email back and said that was too much and it was unfortunate since I had emailed them last week and it went to spam. She replies and states that she will try to have it done that day and asked for my number. I stayed in the area just in case they called me because they closed at 5pm. Never got a call. The next week comes around and I still haven't gotten a call from them. I call and Amy says it's been ready. I asked why I was never called to pick it up. She said she was out sick. AND NO ONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY COULD CALL AND NOTIFY ME?! Amy could have called me that Friday as a courtesy to let me know that the banner wouldn't be ready. The banner came out great, but I would never go back to them and I will let the other teams on the league know, to choose the other banner company instead. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for 30 shirts and it took an entire week to finalize the design. Cassie was extremely short in our email conversations and I had to put in the extra effort to call every day for answers. Every time I called something different was explained, which left me so confused on the entire process. I understand the graphic designer was gone one of the days due to an emergency but why wasn't that explained to me in the beginning? Why did I have to call in stressing out several times because they said they will email me and never did? On top of the miscommunication I had to deal with Cassie's attitude. She definitely needs more customer service training. There was a point in one of the phone calls where she was talking over me when I finally got the courage to say I was worried about my order. She made it seem like I was bothering her and did not want to deal with me. I paid for my order beforehand and was never given a receipt. When I went to go pick up the order the person helping, which I believe was Cassie, did not even know if I paid for it or not. I hate writing negative reviews but this was too much. Save yourself the trouble and find another place, I know I will. read more

My business with DeLong Unlimited was not significant by most business standards but it was definitely important to me. As the parent of two softball girls, i take pride in sporting the team t-shirts and hoodies. I found out from a fellow softball parent that they brought their team gear to this location to get it personalized so i decided to give Delong's a try. Each order consisted of adding my last name and child's number to a team shirt. The first order took a week and was not completed until i arrived to pick it up on the due date. The second order took longer than a week and was finished a few days late. For the second order I called to make sure that my item was ready. I showed up to find that it wasn't and had to come back a few days later. My last order was completed the Friday before Father's Day. After a week of waiting for a call, I drove in to find that my paperwork was misplaced and the order was not done. Thankfully, the employee at Delong's was able to complete my two shirts in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to use Delong Unlimited for my printing needs. They produce quality work and are reasonably prices. The cost to add a last name and number to a t-shirt was only $5. Several team moms and coaches trust their team orders with Delong Unlimited so that is good enough for me. Give them a try, just make sure to follow up on your order. read more

I have been using deLong unlimited for years and they've always done a wonderful job but this year they completely saved Christmas. Long story short I ordered toys through Amazon and two of them were not what I was expecting. One was a completely different bike then ordered and of course I couldn't send it back because they couldn't guarantee me a shipping date before Christmas. And the second was missing a piece. I called And sent them pictures to see if there was anything that they could do to help TWO days before Christmas and they completely pulled it off. They gave me way more than I expected and the toys were a huge hit. They completely saved Christmas by making decals that made the toys look wonderful. They sincerely care about their customers and put so much care and effort into their work. They're there for literally all of your needs, from shirts and banners to decals and different creative gifts for the holidays. I won't go anywhere else. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star, but I had no Choice. This company has horrible customer service, does not include all hidden costs when giving you an invoice, and has an excuse for every thing that goes wrong on why they won't take responsibility for their companies actions. Every time I tried to speak to them over the phone the lady kept cutting me off she would not forward me do a supervisor she would not work with me in regards to their company giving me three different completion dates they would not cover any shipping costs because it was their fault they were not done on time. I had to go pick them up from them because they refused to ship them to me at no cost because of that. Just a horrible experience altogether as a first-time customer I would never recommend them. read more

I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM 1/2 A STAR, BUT I HAD NO CHOICE!! DO NOT! DO NOT! TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM!!! I took some items that needed to be embroidered to them. They did a REAL BAD job on my visors and messed up on the beanies. BAD job all around. Now we took the visors back and they offered a refund. Apparently the refund was incorrect and instead of trying to work it they state they will take "further action"!!! It's sad that they will lowered themselves to threats.. I have no problem giving them the difference of the refund, but I will be taking out the cost of MY product also. I am not going to return BAD embroidered items and loose on my cost of the items.. So sit patiently DeLong and we will refund you the money and it anyone ever asks. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! read more

We had our t-ball hats embroidered with our players name and DeLong did a great job!! We actually missed picking them up by the time they closed on a Friday, completely OUR fault. Our team photos were scheduled for that weekend (Sunday) and we really needed them that Friday. So I emailed them asking if there was any way they could allow us to pick up on Saturday. Their office manager Cassie emailed me back very quickly advising that they would be left outside their door that Friday night, after hours!! I have used this company for many years now - on and off. Their prices are very fair for a great quality product. We use them for spirit wear for softball - screen printing, embroidery, heat press, banners. It seems most recently they have made a noticeable and concerted effort at improving their communication and service/responsiveness. The designer called about the logo, the owner called to make sure I understood the issues with the design, and the rep was in communication throughout over color/font choices, etc. Our latest order was the best quality we have received to date - everything completed perfectly and receiving "WOW!!"s from everyone who sees it! read more
