I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

No matter where you live in Albuquerque, this facility is pretty quick to get to. Once I got the unit rented, I realized how nice the folks are that run the place. They are friendly and helpful. The units are clean, easily accessible and hold a lot more than they look like they would. The rates are incredibly low compared to many other similar units, and the place is family run, so everything is very much like the old days, where any issues are resolved quickly and with personalized care and attention. Family-run businesses are getting to be fewer and farther between in this day and age, and I try to support them whenever I can. This is a true gem in the North Valley that I can't recommend highly enough, especially if you are on a budget, and if I could give ten stars I would!

We are obviously very interested in keeping our stuff in good condition, safe and secure, and in a controlled climate. In comes Armored. We set up a smallish indoor storage area and started moving our stuff in. The manager of Armored was really helpful, accommodating not only my wife and I moving things in, but also our movers who we hired separately. He could have said something like "yeah, your unit is over there, go to town", but he didn't. He walked me and my movers up to the unit, offered up his carts and dollies for the move. Not only that but he helped us move the truck into place right behind his personal vehicle. After a couple hours and we were not sure of the capacity of our current storage unit to hold all our shi...stuff, we asked the manager if we could get a larger unit. Unfortunately, there were no larger units available, but the manager said that he would help us get an additional unit if we needed it and make us a good deal on it to boot. Very nice! We ended up not needing additional units, but it was so cool for the manager to work with us. Great space and great service. Thanks!

FACILITIES: Their facility is new, easy to enter/exit, 1 mile from 25, has two dump stations, water, 24 hour access, 24/7 onsite security, PRIVATE (no one walking by on the sidewalk watching you load or unload), bright lights, video surveillance connected to my phone, a wash bay and a service bay where you can pull your rig to do small repair jobs if needed. 5* CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ask about their move-in specials - I got almost an entire month for free and no admin fees. As I was moving across state, I communicated in advance that I couldn't be there until after their official closing time and that I was starting work the next morning. Carly went out of her way to be there when I arrived (around 9 PM), helped guide my rig in and had my access key and paperwork ready to sign so that I could unload and be on my way. Her patience, thoughtfulness and customer-oriented approach really made for a soft landing which was a highlight after a long day of moving!
