The experience here was very good. Signing up was not a problem except that the website said that locker I reserved was climate controlled. When I got the phone call to reserve, I was told it was not, so I reserved a smaller locker for more money. Whatever, fine, I needed a locker, and I wanted climate controlled. The people were very nice. When I checked out, no one was in the office. I checked multiple times. Eventually, I was able to get a local person on the phone at a different location. She said that the person at this location probably went on a break. I said there was no sign to that effect in the office. She did say that there was supposed to be a sign notifying of a break, but she would take care of checking me out of my locker, which she did. Overall painless experience. This place is brand new and run VERY well. I was shopping for a place to keep my bass boat and a few other belongings and I had been in touch with Heather for nearly one month before visiting the facility. She took me around on a tour and showed me the outdoor option and indoor option. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. The only thing that stopped me from choosing to keep my boat here was the width of the unit is in fact 10' inside the unit as advertised but the entrance was not which would have not allowed enough clearance. Rates were competitive. Security cameras everywhere. Overall great facility and big thanks to Heather for her time and professionalism. read more

We started our experience with an online account setup which was painless in itself, as we were out of state at the time. We rented a 20x15 indoor space. As soon as we completed the contracts, we received text communication as well as a phone call from the on site office. to advise the account was set up and thanking us for our business. When we arrived February 8th we used the gate code provided with no issue. Once in the fenced, secure, yard we realized we had no clue where to look for our unit. I did not have a map to locate, so I went to the front office to obtain our space location. When attempting to get just a map I was asked to wait outside due to COVID protocol. I, as well as the other two people in the office were all wearing masks. When I stepped out I found that there were others in the lot out front waiting to set up accounts in person. So I set off to locate on our own, not a huge issue. Future customers who set up online would benefit from a site map included in the contract. The indoor spaces were a pleasant temperature and the door was easy to use our code to enter. There was a cart provided at the door to help offload easier than a standard dolly. We found the space secure with an inspection seal to which we popped the seal and found a pair of keys and two locks provided with a welcome notice. The space did not appear to be quite what we originally thought for the space, but upon confirmation of the space number we were in the correct location. We off loaded the truck after a 6 hour trip and were ready to lock up. I secured our storage and we left, back out of state. Fast forward to February 24th, I received a call from Sami at the on site office who notified me our space was unsecured. I asked for clarification as I placed the lock in and secured our space. They advised we had two doors. In a moment of confusion I asked them to explain. Sami explained we had a multi-door unit. This was not in our contract. Sami explained the second door needed to be secured by the end of the day. I responded with first I reside in another state and two the now second part of our rented space had been that way since we started storing belongings with Extra Space. I asked if it was not secure, could they not use a seal like the one we popped to the first door to secure an empty unit. Sami advised they would have to ask their manager. Upon conclusion of our telephonic conversation I received a text confirmation of that was discussed about now two space numbers to make the space we rented. As well as a site map to show where we had our second unit located. I spoke with the manager shortly after to clarify the securement measure. She advised they would secure the second door provided I sign a Hold Harmless contract for belongings in the second unit, which was empty, to which we could swap the lock with the second lock from the original unit. With each call I was asked to setup the autopay over the phone. I advised each time I would set the payment up on the secure site. TL;DR: Good service, a little convoluted in the clarity. read more

Justin, the manager, went out of his way to make sure I could find two spaces to rent that were next to each other to make my move easier. He had suggestions for me that made sense. He also immediately returned my phone calls when I had questions. A great experience. We rented from Extra Sapce at this location 4 years ago when they first opened. I'm glad I came back! read more

No idea why this place has a 4 star rating other than they're paying people to post. I rented two units from them and 6 months later they increased my rent to almost double. Additionally, they set the motion lights to 10 minutes, so you'll constantly have to go out, walk down the hall until the lights turn on again. So, all in all, if you want your rental to go from $205/month to $398/month, then go ahead and rent from these scammers. Otherwise, find someplace else to rent from a company with integrity. read more

We had a good experience. Mark Duran was very helpful and courteous. He made sure our information was correct and verified information. There have been other locations where we did not get our information because the phone number or address was incorrect. The facility was really clean, there was hand sanitizer, and Mark was wearing a mask. He showed us to our unit and asked if we had any questions. Prior to going to the facility he was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. read more
