The second time we went here some people in our group didn't really get good food and are now not wanting to go back. I will definitely go back -- I haven't had seafood as good as this anywhere in Puerto Rico, but I am also curious to see if the uneven quality will persist or if it was a one time thing. I was not given a steak knife and I sat on a plastic garden chair. There was a little bit of choas going on in the restaurant with the waiters shouting and running around. But it fitted this restaurant. This is a place where a little bit of choas and Spanish shouting only adds to the atmosphere. Credit cards are excepted and when we asked to add a tip to the bill, the waiter said that the restaurant policy is not to take tips. I believe there is no wifi.
