They illegally towed cars. Lied on court papers. They have screwed us. They knew they broke contract by unlawfully entering into our apartment, and pushed through the eviction so they didn't have to deal with their mess up. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They take advantage of people who need help, and take no accountability. And we weren't the only ones that this happened to.

Fire alarm goes off every fortnight due to some dude burning his toast as well. The outside smells- you guessed it- of complete dog pee because it is soaked in dog pee. Also, not great at enforcing the pick-up poo rule so there will be be sleeper bombs. Pool requires some maintenance, the elevators smell like dog pee and half the time the mat has a giant dog pee stain on it. :) BIGGEST THING: we had a theft out of our parking space on the staff has ignored us nearly completely, and has neglected to inform tenants and is increasing their liability. BE WARNED- your stuff may get stolen and the building will do nothing about it: The positives- the countertops are my dream. They are gorgeous as are the cabinets. Decent enough storage which a pantry as well. Bed room is good size, as well as master closet. The actual handyman is very kind as well. The gym is decent, pool is decent but the rules are very strict. It's essentially strictly for residents. Rent is semi-reasonable with no huge hikes. Overall, our stay was very good due to our doing more than the building. You can make the place your own and ignore the bad things and have a great stay, but the actual building staff are condescending when real concerns are brought up, they have a refusal to fix problems that affect the quality of life for their tenants if it's too much trouble for them.

Don't even waste your time moving here, they charged me a $500 deposit and the staff is so dumb they never put the deposit away and just left it on my account so upon move out they said I never paid one on top of that they charged a cleaning fee when I clean that apartment from top to bottom. They want to do inspections all the time of your apartment which is annoying I pay rent I don't need you in my space every single month. Then when we lived there the fire alarm would go off all hours of the night and the fire department would have to come out and it took 1-2 hours for them to figure out how to turn it off each time. Pretty annoying when you have to work the next day and have small kids.

A warning to prospective tenants…read more Living there is fine, up until you want to move out. For starters, they charge HUNDREDS if you need to move month to month while waiting for your new place to be ready. The month to month fee they originally quoted was close to $800 more than the rent we had been paying, and even after the yearly increase if we had renewed the lease, it was still about $700 more. New place was flabbergasted at their price, their month to month fee is only $75. They also charge water, trash, and sewer, which they call 'rubs', which is in addition to the amenity package, and they often over charge for it, as even if you don't use much yourself, you get charged a portion that the entire complex contributes to. Putting those fees aside, they may also try and tack on fees AFTER you've already moved out. And the 'rubs' they say runs 60 days behind so the last rubs payment is very expensive. We were model tenants, they had zero issues with us, always paid rent and rubs on time, and we were very clean. During our move out walk through, they raved about how clean we left it and how impressed they were, and maintenance was equally as impressed as there was zero damage that they would have to repair. We verified with them verbally during the move out walk through that we were all paid up, and they verified that we were all paid and everything was good. Then, after a few weeks, we got a call from them, where they told us we still owed $300. And they changed their story constantly throughout my argument with them about what exactly the 300 was for, which set off red flags everywhere for us. Originally they said that the 300 was for their 'rubs', and that since it was an unexpected expense for them, they were also going to charge us $100 in late fees as well and that the security deposit wouldn't cover it so we needed to pay them. So now they were trying to charge us $400. On top of the month to month fee we already paid. So I pulled up the ledger on their website and showed them, no we already paid the rubs. So they changed their story to saying that it was a portion of rent that we didn't pay. Again, I showed them that we had paid everything they asked for in rent. Changed their story again saying that "it was just the system and they don't know why it does what it does."  and we still had to pay the difference. After arguing for the better part of a day, I ended up asking for the recordings of our phone calls, where they told us the price of moving month to month, which they claimed they didn't know if they existed, however every time you call it says it records. Again, this went on all day long and they gave me excuse after excuse saying we definitely owed them. It was only after I started asking for the recordings that they FINALLY called me back and said that they had made an error on their part and zeroed out our account and we didn't owe anything. My advice - ask for the recordings. All in all, they can be extremely shady, and they charge you for absolutely everything, even more than they probably should, plus, their rent is higher than that of similar apartments around the area and the apartments themselves are just mediocre.

My Husband and I lived here for four years starting in January…read more2018 in building I the management was awesome attentive and helpful, any issue that came up was dealt with swiftly. in 2019 we moved to the other side of the complex into building J. It was nothing short of a F****** disaster from the get go, we moved in and found cat litter in bedded into the carpets the carpets were not cleaned like they claimed they did every time somebody moved out. Our cable never worked we paid for multiple things we never utilized we went without washers and dryers for weeks on end they'd come fix it and it wouldn't be fixed and wed have to wait more weeks and constantly pester for help, which resulted in nothing but disrespect and aggression from their maintenance clown. Our AC broke in August and it took two weeks to fix the issue and the cooler they used let off more heat than cold air so they moved it to the back door while we were at work and left our back door open all day with nobody home. Another instance our toilet in the main bathroom would constantly leak and we said multiple times how it needed to be replaced and the guys argued with us over and over again until one morning we woke up walking on water literally, our whole downstairs was flooded with toilet water, we called the emergency number and got no response (not surprised) so had to clean up and run out for supplies. when i called in the morning i was told they would get there when they could so I waited all day in a apartment that smelt like mildew, for them to say no one could come out until the following afternoon to clean and sanitize the place so they pulled the carpet up a little and put fans there which just made the smell worse. the next day i went to work and came home the bathroom had flooded again and they had used decorative brand new towels and my clothes from the laundry room which were in the washer!!!!! The point is unless you want to be treated with contempt never be be heard pay out the ass don't go here!!! save yourself the hassle and time. a month before moving out our 3 month old puppy was attacked while my husband held her by an aggressive Pitbull the complex couldn't care less. then six months after leaving they claim we never paid a security deposit and they cant find it when i have the paperwork. ABSLOUTE CROOKS!! they pay people do false reviews for incentives don't be fooled and don't waste your time paying to live here. They do nothing to update apartments or appliances and at this point they need it. they should fire the fake maintenance men and find someone actually capable of performing simple handy man tasks. you pay for pool and gym amenities the pool is closed 60% of summer because they cant balance it and they cant keep it clean and don't enforce even basic rules. You will order food and grocery's have them stolen off your porch. NO RULES are enforced you just have to shut up and follow theirs. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to live here. they are the most unorganized sneaky rude complex i have ever dealt with. Don't ever expect the office to be open and if they are don't expect help. there was no parking and i called the office to let them know a previous resident had just abandoned their vehicle i spoke with Aleesha multiple times and the car was still there 3 months and wouldn't be surprised if its still there. I would have to park across the car park and walk in the dark with lights that didn't work because no one can be asked to do their job!!! I don't believe in bashing online and leaving bad reviews but after dealing with this company and this complex for close to five years id hate for anyone else to deal with issues we did.

Starting off strong with 2 days after moving in, my washer flooded the apartment. they were quick to replace it- management was great! And then they changed management, which seems like a usual thing for this complex. the new management is beyond terrible. I had a court case with a sex offender living in the apartments and being around my child. i brought my concerns to the apartment complex as it is against their lease for a sex offender to live there. i brought to their attention that their address was listed on the sex offender registry to prove he lived here with messages from him stating that as well. The lady in the office basically gave me a " what do you want me to do about it " response. After several times of going back and forth on this matter i asked who she reported too, to talk to someone higher than her about the issue- to which she refused and said " she didn't know who was above her and if anyone had a complaint about her, she handles it " The people the sex offender was residing with are still in the apartments as well and when i said hey he's still living here, they said they needed proof and the registry was not " proving anything " i said you have cameras, or i can take videos when i see him? and she responded with unless she physically sees him then they won't do anything- which is beyond absurd that you take no precautions or this issue seriously when it's stating in your lease that they cannot live here. Secondly, after that- apartment management has been repeatedly harassing with threatening to tow visitors cars specifically for my apartment on several occasion- stating they cannot park in my spot i've paid for but when they park in guest parking they tow their vehicles for not having a parking permit or registered to the apartment. The trash valet that i pay monthly for since this incident has happened, has picked and chosen when to take mine out- when i called the office about this issue as i had ring video footage of, she responded with " they didn't come that day " but i can see them grab my neighbors trash... I've called about my water heater being out and it took them 2 days to respond to come and fix it, 2 days of which i was without hot water. They also discuss leasing and tenant information with people/ family members who are not on the lease. The way this company has executed and handled this situation is digusting. Good place to live if you don't have kids to worry about, and don't have people who come visit you at your home. Another thing to add about them towing cars and not having an issue with towing my vehicles, or visitors vehicles. I went to the office about someone repeatedly parking in my paid parking spot. to which she did not call the tow company, but simply called the other tenant to move their vehicle. i solely believe this is in retaliation to me fighting with them about allowing a sex offender to stay here while it's against their leasing terms. not to mention if you would like to get ahold of the office during office hours, they pick and choose when to be there, and when to answer the phone. Right before this has happened i waited in the office for several hours during business hours to give them my rent check, and no one was there for the remaining of business hours. they tried to give me a late fee to which i said i had documented i had been there during open hours and no one was there to give it too, only then did they not press the issue for an added additional fee. your lights in your house will turn on and off, and when you bring this issue to their attention they do not respond

Me and my family have lived here for almost a year and we love the location the apartments are…read moreright next to smith's and we can literally just walk there when needed. It's also next to literally everything you would need. Like great clips, message, cafe Rio and pizza! The lay out is perfect and the closests are huge. Also they are new so everything feels new especially the appliances! The staff has done great adjusting with the covid restrictions so even though they are a bit under staffed for how big a place this is they some how still pull all the necessities off. We've really enjoyed living here.

Steph, Rich (miss you), and Memo are absolutely amazing! Anytime I've ever had a question, concern, or request it was answered or solved in a timely manner. They always went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, especially when I gave birth to my son while my husband was deployed. This is the first time in my life I've actually been sad about moving from somewhere, I'm truly going to miss the family I've made here and the amazing neighbors I have met along the way.
