Edgar was very responsive and was able to schedule my job a couple days after I let him know we picked him. He and his crew arrived early and showed me and the crew exactly what was going to be cut before they started. I had four trees trimmed, including Live Oaks that had really tall branches. They were able to lower the cut branches by ropes so there was no damage to the fence or house. The finished in under four hours, including raking and blowing the leaves and twigs on the ground and leaving the area clean.

Big fire hazard - lots of dead branches on the oaks. We chose San Antonio Tree Surgeons because they state tools are sanitized and oaks are painted where there are cuts to prevent oak wilt issues. I liked the pictures of their work. They made our trees look like living sculptures. The wind blews through the trees for the 1st time. Beautiful. We did not have to wait. Arborist Priscilla came out assessed, sent us a invoice and the workers were out next day. They worked fast and somehow cleaned up all those tiny branches. One time an individual that works there cut a tree off, and it landed on the balcony due to a causing a wood damage on the deck instead of the company taking accountability. They ran to Home Depot and got wood glue to repair it so the owners wouldn't know and the owners of the household still don't know what really occurred and they are going to have to pay out of their pocket for their balcony when the company should pay themselves instead of going about it the wrong way they should've went about it the right way. Once cocaine usage and marijuana is involved and the owner is completely fine with that and alcohol. I would not recommend this place or an option of it. A lot of things happen behind closed doors. They even have somebody living there at their business and he drinks every day and night and he is working for them as well while the owner is letting him live there on the property of sa total tree service. This place is very unprofessional, they do not do any drug test for their employees. The owner is even OK with an alcoholic working for him. Find somebody else to do your trees, please.
