Response from the company was 'there should be some extra pieces in the case' or 'clean them yourself with some alcohol'. Sorry, I was under the impression that I would be provided with a unit ready to use, in healthy and safe condition. Didn't realize I would have to do the job that they pay someone else to do already. Turned out the earbud covers were not simple to replace, so I ended up taking my time to thoroughly clean them. Sounds minor, but first impressions are critical, and when I've got 100 things to do to get ready for a show, last thing I need is a last minute snag, especially driving 40 minutes each way to pick up and drop off the unit.

They seem competitive with prices online with their items but they nickel and dime you with hidden fees after you get your quote and even on the wedding day, which is already stressful enough.
