They worked with me on the rate for a couple different options and really spent the time to get me acquainted with the equipment that we'd be using. They really took the time to make sure that everything would go off without issue, but Susan the owner did offer a rate for a professional to come with me and do everything, which it sounds like most people do. Overall very friendly, accomodating, equipment is top of the line and in great condition, and the pick-up drop-off process was easy; that pretty much covers the typical pain points of event rentals right?
