The inside of the photo booth was very dirty, which was especially disappointing because guests are getting inside and using the space throughout the event. There were two women assisting with the booth for the entire time. Several of my guests mentioned afterward that they felt uncomfortable because they felt like they were being constantly watched while using the booth. Some guests told me they didn't feel comfortable going back to take more pictures because the older attendant was watching them very closely. I was also told by multiple guests that the older attendant was rude toward children and that a child was stopped from taking additional pictures, even though the package was advertised as unlimited photos. If unlimited photos are advertised, I don't think guests--especially children--should be made to feel like they're doing something wrong by taking pictures. The attendants helped themselves to food, they even entered the home for treats. I was also surprised by the additional tax/charges on the final bill, which appeared to be around 20%. I would recommend asking for a complete breakdown of any taxes and additional charges before booking so there are no surprises

As the weeks led up to our big day, he stayed in great communication with my coordinator and answered any of our questions promptly (via email since that works best for me). He and his team were amazing and really took the time to service our guests - they raved about how excited they were to go back and take more photos - and we loved that everyone was able to go home with a copy. After speaking with CJ, I learned this was a brand-new business that he was pouring his all into, so I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. From the start, CJ was communicative, flexible, and easy to work with. He went back and forth with me several times to create the custom photo strip design for my daughter's quinceañera, and my very picky teenager absolutely loved the final result. He also worked with my budget by offering a payment schedule that made things easier. Leading up to the event, CJ checked in and made sure everything was set. On the day of the quinceañera, he arrived on time, set up as promised, and was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the night. We had one minor equipment issue, but he handled it fairly and made sure we received the full amount of time we paid for by extending our service at the end. The photo booth was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, and the unlimited prints were perfect. CJ printed a copy for everyone in each photo, plus one extra copy of every photo for my daughter to keep. She now has a full collection of memories from the night. After the party, one of my friends lost her photo strip. I reached out to CJ to ask whether he had a digital copy, and he sent me a link to every photo taken that evening.
