My very first experience at this location was very pleasant met the owner on my first initial visit he went over the menu with me and was very accommodating due to dietary restrictions. Team members are always friendly and welcoming. A few days ago I met the owners wife while placing an order she wasn't able to make any accommodations she was very rude lacks interpersonal skills and had a very aggressive demeanor over all displayed very hot tempered type personality. Unfortunately this is the only location in Orlando. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS MESSAGE BELOW* All do respect because you are a nice person but you wasn't present yesterday 2/2/26 or the pervious situation. On 2/2/26 3:40 pm your wife was heard screaming loudly in the back at one of your employees regarding my order. Then instructed her to go and tell me that she wasn't going to make accommodations. As the employee went to explain what she was instructed to say to me. Your wife came flying out of the back screaming at me. Saying didn't I tell you the other day! When I never asked for any accommodation. I purchased the bowl as is due to the employee being familiar with my order. She processed order accordingly as I am a frequent customer paying $19.00 or more with a tip! No worries defend your wife behavior and keep making excuses for her behavior. I definitely needed a healthier option after a day of splurging on all types of fun foods! I entered Vitality Bowls for the first time and discovered the robust & varied menu full of interesting acai bowls, smoothies, fresh fruit juices, salads, & even paninis! I immediately knew that I was in the right place! The menu included so many fresh, options! There's something for everyone! I also noticed how clean & well-maintained the location is. But the true icing on the cake was the fantastic, professional, friendly service! It took me an extra minute (or two) to peruse the menu since I was a newbie. The gracious owner was patient, answered my questions and gave great suggestions. He was very kind. Ultimately, I settled on the Vitality Bowl. It had a base of organic acai, banana, & strawberries The toppings included bananas, strawberries, organic granola, goji berries, and honey. It was so refreshing! While I was waiting patiently for my food to be freshly prepared, I sat down in the chairs outside of the store, which was a nice option. It is a small, clean, and simple atmosphere! There's about 5-6 tables inside and some additional seating outside. Staff was friendly and patient while we decided what to order. Friendly service and great food, but be prepared to wait! All of the options are healthy and made fresh to order which makes it for a great option after stuffing my face at Disney.
