I stoped by without having an appointment, I introduced my information in the check-in computer and that's it! It was so quick and so perfect, that I couldn't believe it. The lady that works in the entrance is very sweet. The nurse that took my blood had a magic hand, no pain and not bruises. I have tiny and small veins and usually is always hard. I saw three more people besides me in the entrance. It wasn't full. The parking ticket was validated and I payed only $3. I assumed that this building is used mostly by people who works in the building, I think that maybe you can park outside is this is a big deal. To me, the fact that they took care of me in a wink of an eye is Priceless.

I was told at signin that I have 4 tests paid for but the fifth is extra. I showed them the pamphlet stating the five tests were included and was told that was an old pamphlet from several years ago and the costs have increased. I asked if the priority code on the pamphlet was correct in the system and they said to call Customer Service to verify. Customer Service (CS) verified that the code included all five tests and CS talked to the on-site Medical Receptionist to verify. The technicians were leaving for lunch. Come back after lunch. After lunch when I returned, they could not get "the system" to accept the fifth test because I had left the facility. They are trying to get IT to rectify and I am to return on another day to try again. I cannot get the bone scan until the test request is in the system. Maybe tomorrow ..... I will update......

Throughout my life, I have had a handful of doctors and none of them gave me such a thorough exam, especially here in Miami. She also took her time in explaining a medical condition that I have and made some great wellness recommendations. I found her to be very friendly, personable, gentle, very honest and seems to have a great sense of humor. As far as the office personnel is concerned, I didn't have any issues, the staff was friendly and I got to see the doctor rather quickly. The office is located in a convenient area and there's a free parking lot so parking wasn't an issue. My only complaint is that I had to go to lab to get my bloodwork but I have experienced this with other doctor offices before so that's nothing new.
