Because I am not wearing tin-foil on my head I have been abducted by aliens and they are residing somewhere inside my body. However, what's the real story here? I have been to most of the Lab Corps locations around the Greater Miami area. I have found that some of them do not have sufficient parking and some of them are dingy and dirty. Almost all of them do not have staff that speak very good English. But, I was very pleased to find this location where the staff spoke a little bit more English, but more importantly, the place was super clean and there was free valet parking. I have visited this location twice for different tests and in both occasions they called me to the front within 10 minutes of arrival and within ten minutes later I was done with my test and on my way. The location is very easy to get to, you just have to know that you have to turn down the side street to get into the parking area. And when you get into the elevator go to the fifth floor because it is in Suite 570. This Suite listed in Yelp is the wrong Suite.

The staff member I encountered was rude, and overall professionalism was lacking--employees were not in proper attire and were wrapped in blankets, which did not leave a good impression. The facility also did not feel clean or well-maintained, which is concerning for a medical setting. Unlike Quest Diagnostics, which typically has a clear system showing who is being served and expected wait times, this location has no organization or communication--it felt very outdated. What makes it even worse. The mean lady at the front desk is the only person working at this location. So she draws her blood super rough and again totally unfriendly.

Although I had a bona fide appointment with them on 08/2/25 and they have all of my information, they never called me to let me know that their office was closed! I found out after I drove all the way to their office on the 5th floor and found a note on their door that they were closed. I called them several times that day and left messages at their office as they requested but they never called me back to this day. I called their corporate office and I was informed that I should go to a Walgreens in Allapatha, FL for Labcorp testing because this office would be closed for a while. So I had to spend almost $60 to travel by Lyft to a Labcorp at Walgreens for my bloodwork instead of the closest location to my home. I also had to wait for another available appointment at Walgreens Labcorp. It was all very inconvenient for me. I hope management looks at this situation and changes their protocol for notifying their patients of a sudden closure of their office. I do appreciate that Walgreens gives space to Labcorp to perform this very important function. It really helped me out in this situation.

I visited the clinic on 2/27/24 with an appointment. My appointment was at 8:30a and I got there at 8am, I was early so yes I did have to wait about 30ish mins but that was no problem at all. The tech I had was so incredibly patient and took great care of me. I always get extremely light headed and dizzy which I did warn her about prior. She gave me alcohol pads to smell, a cold towel on my back, plenty of water, and even fanned me to get some air. She didn't mind that I had to sit a little bit longer till the dizziness went away. Overall I do recommend this place with an appointment if not you will have to wait.
