I was warmly welcomed by Nat and Mallory at the front desk, and they immediately made me feel comfortable. Nat took the time to share a little about the spa and its history in Round Rock, and even offered me refreshing cucumber water while I relaxed in the beautiful waiting area. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous. The ambiance is peaceful, elegant, and exactly what I expect from a true spa experience. Ren came to escort me to my facial, and her kindness and professionalism stood out right away. She made sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed anything before we started, and then gave me one of the best facials I've ever had. She explained each product she used, answered my questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire service. The facial massage was so amazing that I actually asked Wren if she was a massage therapist! She laughed and said no, but I encouraged her to consider becoming one because I would absolutely book a massage with her. Her technique was outstanding. In addition to its proximity to the check-in desk, the seating arrangement feels a bit cramped, with guests sitting very closely to one another. The treatments are gentle, but effective! I love the way my skin is improved after each visit. My esthetician, Aleyna, is kind, caring and observant. Aleyna analyzed my skin and created a home protocol for me. She answers my questions about how to best take care of my skin. Her recommendations for products to use at home have been spot on. Wonderful Swedish massage. Experienced masseuse. Would def come back again. The only thing I would suggest is that the actual massage is for the time booked for as these massages are not cheap. I booked an hour and 15 minute massage but the actual massage started ~10 minutes late and ended an hour and 5 minutes later. I was early for appt to make sure it would start on time. I think that getting changed and the quick hellos,etc should not be included in the actual massage time. read more

Wow! Is all I can say about my experiences over two consecutive days at Viva in Round Rock. First day I had the delicious massage package which included infrared sauna, peppermint oil infused cooling towel, dry brushing (you keep the brush) and a wonderful massage. It was an all around great experience. On the second day I had the hydrofacial with Lila. She was knowledgable and honest about a treatment I wondered about. I had an amazing deep tissue massage here. The spa is inviting and relaxing the moment you walk in the doors. I loved that the massage table was heated. It made the experience that much more luxurious. I appreciated the fact that my masseur gave me a scented cloth after my massage to wipe off any excess massage lotion. I also liked that they use massage lotion rather than oil, so I don't have the immediate need to go home and shower. They offer a discount on the next massage if you book before leaving. It was comparably priced to the other massage places I looked into, and they do offer a lot of other services as well. It would be a great place to have a spa day with a friend. read more

My husband and I went for a couple's massage to welcome the new year. The building itself is gorgeous and felt like walking into a celebrity's house with the lush decor and fireplace. The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and led us to the lounge area for waiting and offered tea. We only waited a few minutes before our massage therapists came to escort us to the massage room upstairs. The room was dimly lit, playing ambience music, and much to our delight, the massage tables were warmed. Both therapists asked about and were attentive to our needs and what we were hoping to get from the massage. My therapist used a grapefruit lavender scented lotion which smelled amazing. Afterwards, my husband and I felt very refreshed (and a bit sleepy!). If finances allow, we would definitely be interested in returning. The facility itself was wonderful, and everyone was extremely nice. Ultimately I just did not feel like the value to service ratio was there. The Spa La La package was okay, it was advertised with a full body wrap, which is not actually a wrap at all. Also advertised with eye cucumbers, also no luck. I also did not have the advertised stone treatments, and the "scalp massage" was about 90 seconds total. The massage itself was okay, but rougher than needed. I think the $300 price tag for a $80 massage was just a little much for my taste. Would not pay that price again, but it was a really beautiful facility and the front desk ladies were extremely sweet and kind. Possibly would have better luck with a different massage therapist. read more
