This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take the time to share how amazing Emily and her team are! I initially had a less-than-great experience with my pregnancy massage. The room we were assigned to had a table that wouldn't incline, which was important because I wanted the option to lie on my back for a short period of time. This was not the masseuse's fault. There was likely just some miscommunication with the person that assigned us the room. Afterward, I shared my concerns with the manager, Emily. She listened attentively, never interrupted or judged me, and genuinely made me feel heard, understood, and valued. She even provided me with a discount to help make up for the experience. What really stood out to me was that Emily took nearly 30 minutes to sit down with me, get to know me, and learn more about my pregnancy. Pattsi listened to me when I told her I had a plugged ear and she worked on my head, neck and face and did lymphatic massage prior to my Swedish massage. Wonderful Swedish massage. Experienced masseuse. Would def come back again. The only thing I would suggest is that the actual massage is for the time booked for as these massages are not cheap. I booked an hour and 15 minute massage but the actual massage started ~10 minutes late and ended an hour and 5 minutes later. I was early for appt to make sure it would start on time. I think that getting changed and the quick hellos,etc should not be included in the actual massage time. read more

Wow! Is all I can say about my experiences over two consecutive days at Viva in Round Rock. First day I had the delicious massage package which included infrared sauna, peppermint oil infused cooling towel, dry brushing (you keep the brush) and a wonderful massage. It was an all around great experience. On the second day I had the hydrofacial with Lila. She was knowledgable and honest about a treatment I wondered about. This place is so welcoming, the moment you walk in, the front desk ladies greet you and welcome you with smiles. It was my first time going there for some injection, had couple Botox coupons to use and I thought why not. Did my research and their google ratings were high, I had to go see for myself!. I had an amazing deep tissue massage here. The spa is inviting and relaxing the moment you walk in the doors. I loved that the massage table was heated. It made the experience that much more luxurious. I appreciated the fact that my masseur gave me a scented cloth after my massage to wipe off any excess massage lotion. I also liked that they use massage lotion rather than oil, so I don't have the immediate need to go home and shower. They offer a discount on the next massage if you book before leaving. A wonderful experience! I was a little nervous about checking out a spa since massages can be a hit or a miss, but this turned out to be a place that I would highly recommend to anyone. My husband and I went for a couple's massage to welcome the new year. The building itself is gorgeous and felt like walking into a celebrity's house with the lush decor and fireplace. The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and led us to the lounge area for waiting and offered tea. We only waited a few minutes before our massage therapists came to escort us to the massage room upstairs. The room was dimly lit, playing ambience music, and much to our delight, the massage tables were warmed. Both therapists asked about and were attentive to our needs and what we were hoping to get from the massage. My therapist used a grapefruit lavender scented lotion which smelled amazing. Afterwards, my husband and I felt very refreshed (and a bit sleepy!). If finances allow, we would definitely be interested in returning.
