I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal.
