Oooooooolong tea!!! Delicious!!
Shelly J.

My friend told me about this place, and after looking at all the mouth watering pics, I was like ok, I need to try this place. Do to COVID, they are closed inside, you must order online. They have many ways to customize your drink, I like all the different toppings that they offer that you normally dont see at boba places. I placed my order online without problems, and my drink was ready in like 15 minutes. You confirm your name at the door, and they will bring your drink to you. Friendly staff, interior and exterior of the store is very clean. I ordered Oolong with boba, It was sweet and not tart or bitter. It was a perfect balance. Ill definitly return.

Vivi Bubble Tea wasn't bad. As this was my first time trying this place. I ordered: Drinks: Large Honeydew Milk Tea with 70% sugar, less ice, and milk foam(my first time trying this too). The drink itself was good, I wouldn't get the milk foam again. Wasn't my cup of tea. Large Blue Galaxy: I would get this drink again. I prefer this over the honeydew tbh. Thanks Vivi :)

Happened to walk in during soft opening week and immediately got nervous and apprehensive that perhaps I should come back when they were more ready. Got the ViVi Milk Green Tea with Red Beans. I got 70% sweet and light ice and that was still fairly sweet for my taste, but glad I could taste the actual tea flavor (yes! Cause personally, this is All I care about when it comes to bubble tea places; I do not want to drink a straight cup of sugar). The red bean had a nice bite (so not over or under-cooked). Even recognizing that this place is an Asian chain, I still would totally put this place right next to Gong Cha, which imo is the better of the other chains in the DMV. Def worth checking them out! *Clean, quick, and friendly customer service *Pink decor with lots of funky characters that impressed my little tot

Wow!!! A bubble tea place in Gaithersburg that is open with good hours of operation!!!! They are doing a soft opening so it's not officially broadcasted to the public. Lol the decor is so cute inside! Little girls would love coming here for sure. Their menu options are great!!! They have so many options for you to choose from! I wanted something as close to the King fu tea one and I ordered black sugar milk tea large. It was like $5 something for a large cup. And you can alter the sweetness too! It was pretty good!!! They mentioned that they are more authentic then Kung fu tea and their products are imported from their country. Which is cool to know. They have an Oreo drink that looks amazing. If I decide to get that I will let you all know what I think. They also sell food, the guy in the front mentioned they are like appetizers. Sweet!

This is a great Vivi location! The bubble teas here are good! I love the classic green tea or oolong with tapioca, aloe and herbal jelly! They have a great fruit tea selection, but most can't be made less sweet so I stick to classic. The popcorn chicken here is delicious! Perfect texture. Seasoned well. And always piping hot! Just wish the basil flavor had actual bits of fried basil! Prices are standard. Parking is easy. Service is good.

What's up bes-teas! You've got to try out this super cute bubble tea place. The aesthetic is so cute and their bubbles teas are *chefs kiss* we got: Coffee Jelly Milk Tea Brown Sugar Milk Tea Oreo Cookie Slush They not only sell bubble tea but snacks such as macaroons, popcorn chicken, curly fries, Taiwanese BBQ sausage & more!

Only boba tea in my neighborhood so i came here. it good but not great. Kung Fu tea is way better. Boba bubbles do not come included in the drink, you have to pay extra for these. basically spent $20 on 2 large Boba Teas. would stop by here as a last resort. it's not bad! just... eh.

Vivi's great! Even during this corona pandemic they still operate through deliver and pick up (call in your order). If you pick up they will make the order & leave it out front, contactless. I always get their Vivi milk tea (black milk tea) & their lychee slush. It's always made perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness! Staff is also so friendly. I highly recommend :)

Tiramisu Milk Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea, Vivi Milk Tea, Coconut Milk Tea

First time trying this place. I got the Tiramisu Milk Tea, coconut milk tea, honeydew milk tea, and Vivi milk tea. I thought the tiramisu milk tea was ok - not sure what I was expecting it to taste like but it had a bitter aftertaste. All the drinks look the same. They're a bit on the pricey side compared to Kung Fu Tea. A medium drink at Vivi's was close to $6.

I first came here on Monday with some coworkers and had to come back again today. Both times I got the Taro Milk tea and the basil Popcorn chicken. If you have ever been to the Asia Taste in Rockville or Jumbo Jumbo in Germantown you will like this spot! As others have said it does take a little bit to get the popcorn but I don't mind the wait at all for fresh food. I found the milk tea to come out relatively quickly and I really enjoyed the quality of the tea as well. I got the basil popcorn chicken but they have other options as well including spicy, garlic, curry and salt and pepper. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Pricy but the drinks were pretty amazing. I like the fact that you can ask for extras sugar or less sugar. Drinks are very good.

Their employees are all really hard workers but also working very hard... so service can be hit or miss depending who you get. The store is designed really well and the ambiance can be chill or busy depending on when you go, but it's generally a bit loud from all the drinks being made and orders called out, etc. I personally rank their fruit drinks as the best, followed by the matchas and then the milk teas. I love the option of being able to get toppings on the side and seasonal drinks that rotate every month or so. Highly recommend this place if you stop by Tysons Corner Mall.

We got the Coconut Mango Boom and a couple of Cloud Crisp Grape drinks. Both were really good, fresh, and not overly sweet. The Grape Boom with cheese foam was especially refreshing. The wait was longer than I'd like, but the quality of the drinks made up for it. I can definitely see why this place is so popular.

If you order with a person they have a free sample! I went ahead and order the brown sugar milk with boba. It was prepped very quickly, and the boba was well cooked, brown sugar flavor strong, and overall tasted great! I did get it with 75% sweet and this was ideal for me. Only very very slight negative is that this location is small with no real table seating, there's just some bar seating which luckily was available because most people were grabbing and going. But great local chain to support!

The price paid for the drink and the amount of sweating I did waiting for it made for a memorable visit all for the wrong reasons. The ordering process is easy. Just submit it via tablet and wait for what feels like forever. The drink itself was way too sweet and not drinkable for me even with reduced sugar. The paper straw made it taste disgusting. Packaging was cute but hardly any ice inside. The milk shouldn't have tasted so warm if it was kept in the fridge like it's supposed to. Maybe that's why I got GI problems later that day. I think this is a good spot for those who doesn't mind the heat and humidity + extremely inconvenient parking situation. There can be street parking available but rarely near the shop itself. Don't tell me I didn't warn ya!

The silky pudding texture in the milk tea is SO good and makes the whole drink even better. Portuguese egg tart was a little too eggy and buttery for me. Felt really heavy - wish it was a bit more caramelized or custardy. Seems really popular though, everyone who came into the shop left with some egg tarts lol. The interior only has very few tables and seats, so it's not really the kind of place I'd sit and hang out for a while. I think most people just grab their desserts to go. There's also a parking lot in the back with plenty of spots, which is nice. My only con is their hours and availability. I went around 2 p.m. (they open at noon), and they only had three desserts available from their whole menu. I was looking forward to getting a whole haul, so that was kind of a bummer. I've also heard they sell out pretty early, so it's hard to plan what you'll actually be able to try. Definitely go earlier or message them if there's something specific you're hoping to get. Would be nice if they can release a menu online too or post on their social media what the menu of the day is...

Tables not cleaned and most uneven and wonky. Just one sad front of house employee working that I saw just getting through the orders that are self order. This place has zero ambiance. I went to the bathroom and toilet tissue was nearly out and there was no way to even get anyone's attention to attend to that. Employee just kept their head down working. Food- drinks were great. My favorite is the watermelon coconut jelly. We had the pork chop pineapple bun. This is still a good sandwich. Tastes like they used to make it. Juicy pork chop, sweet pineapple bun. The construction of the sandwich leaves much to be desired because all the wet veggie ingredients slide the entire sandwich. Once you start eating, you should not put this sandwich down or it will come apart. They should put the sandwich in a sleeve. We ordered the fried chicken bento box. This bento has changed a bit from their previous version. With the new paper packaging, there are less compartments for goodies. The fried chicken recipe is different as all the batter fell off the chicken and was just a mess. There was close to zero pickles greens. With the dish which I feel brings this kind of bento together. Conclusion is food is decent, ambiance sucks. Would order to go from here but any fried food from here will be a disaster after you get it home. Had high hopes as I loved the previous location's food. Now being able to "look behind the curtain" and see how everything is made, I kind of feel question the cleanliness of this place.
