The pearl milk tea here is solid, but a little expensive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a lot of tables here with games to play if you're looking for a place to hang out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The staff was friendly and inviting. We had the passion fruit green tea with boba and mango frappe (they used fresh mangos). They also use fresh passion fruit whereas most just use concentrate. Highly recommended you give this shop a try.

Several of us stopped by for boba after a full meal of dim sum this past Saturday afternoon. I've never had Daboba before but generally heard good things from friends since it's a chain. I got their HONEY GOLDEN PEARL GREEN MILK TEA (0% ice, 25% sugar) since it was one of their signature drinks and top sellers. I thought it was just OK. The tea flavor was underwhelmingly weak and I wasn't a fan. The tapioca was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. However, one of my friends got their JAPANESE ROASTED MILK TEA which was really good. The tea was strong and I think the roasted option is the way to go. If I ever come back, I'm getting this one for sure. My drink was a 3/5 but my friend's was a 5/5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's also a good amount of seating here and we enjoyed playing Connect 4 while drinking our boba.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Daboba is worth a try (please get the Japanese roasted milk tea though).

I really liked my drink! I ordered the honey golden pearl milk tea, and it was really well balanced with tea, milk, and sugar (50% sugar). Usually, I get 30% sugar at milk tea spots, but that wasn't an option here. It surprisingly made the drink taste creamy! The boba was also perfectly chewy and bouncy. Whenever I'm in town, I'll come back and try their other drinks.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give Daboba a try. I was really looking forward to getting my bubble tea in those cute little bear cups. Spoiler alert, no more little bear cups. : ( I traditionally order a taro milk tea with boba and I asked if they had that on the menu. They told me that three of their teas had taro, so I ordered the brown sugar taro tea. Now, usually you can taste taro throughout the tea. But, in this case, it was a strong brown sugar taste. It also had little pieces of an ingredient throughout the tea. I think that this was a powdered taro. I now know that I prefer having the taro taste throughout the tea. The place was cute and had some games for the little ones to play with. My tea was good, but definitely different from what I expected. Service was pleasant and quick. I just want customers to know that this is a little different, than your traditional bubble tea. It is also a little pricey. I would definitely go back again, but I would try another flavor of tea.

I was pretty amazed with this. I got the cheese roasted oolong and it was the perfect amount of creaminess and tea ness. The staff was really friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]there were a lot of seats and games to play.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great service, waiter answered all my questions about all the different flavors they had. Let me sample a big boba ball (made of grass jelly). They were super transparent about the drinks so I feel like I made good choice when ordering:) Cute interior, board games that you can play with friends! I got the honey pearl green tea milk tea with less sugar and ice. A bit milky and less strong tea flavor but it's ok still yummy. (maybe cuz i had less sugar). My friend's matcha brown sugar drink was super tasty though. I also really liked the wintermelon fruit tea. Super fragrant and delish.

Checked out Daboba with my kid today. She was excited about the cheese foam drinks and got the cheese foam seasons tea with boba. I got the seasons tea with grass jelly with 50% sugar. Both drinks were good. Mine wasn't very sweet though so I think the 50% sugar might have been mistaken for 0%, but I think that was the boba universe telling me I didn't need sugar today! Still, really good. Strong tea flavor! Kid really liked her drink. Said the cheese foam was tasty and that the boba was really good. Plenty of parking at the Talbot Shopping Center on the Pike. The shop has plenty of seating and well lit! There are games available! Plus there's wifi if you want to work while you drink your tea! Staff was friendly! Will be back to try more!

DABOBA is legit! Their classic pearl milk tea taste is the perfect balance. Their boba has a good, chewy, texture and flavor. I also tried their new big pearl series and while I was expecting a giant boba pearl, it was actually soft grass jelly. (Note: I asked for the skewer to showcase the pearl, otherwise it is just in your drink) The wait time for the drink can be improved.

Flavor: oof, bummed there was no tea or milk flavor, and boba texture/flavor was just ok. Ordered brown sugar milk tea with boba. Basically was just brown sugar water. (I've had many many milk teas, including in Taiwan, so was bummed that "big" boba was neither big nor flavorful) Presentation: looks cool... that was a selling point, but need to have flavor Service: quick turnaround and just ok Seating: great to hangout with games and some seating Friendly: ok Drinks: many options Cost: little expensive for no flavor Parking: plenty out front, free. Vegan / Vegetarian: not so much, it's drinks 3 stars b/c it's got some things going for it, just not my deal.

Tables not cleaned and most uneven and wonky. Just one sad front of house employee working that I saw just getting through the orders that are self order. This place has zero ambiance. I went to the bathroom and toilet tissue was nearly out and there was no way to even get anyone's attention to attend to that. Employee just kept their head down working. Food- drinks were great. My favorite is the watermelon coconut jelly. We had the pork chop pineapple bun. This is still a good sandwich. Tastes like they used to make it. Juicy pork chop, sweet pineapple bun. The construction of the sandwich leaves much to be desired because all the wet veggie ingredients slide the entire sandwich. Once you start eating, you should not put this sandwich down or it will come apart. They should put the sandwich in a sleeve. We ordered the fried chicken bento box. This bento has changed a bit from their previous version. With the new paper packaging, there are less compartments for goodies. The fried chicken recipe is different as all the batter fell off the chicken and was just a mess. There was close to zero pickles greens. With the dish which I feel brings this kind of bento together. Conclusion is food is decent, ambiance sucks. Would order to go from here but any fried food from here will be a disaster after you get it home. Had high hopes as I loved the previous location's food. Now being able to "look behind the curtain" and see how everything is made, I kind of feel question the cleanliness of this place.

The place is clean and smells great from the waffles I think. Not too many milk tea options but the boba and drinks are good so I'll let it slide. My wife ordered a taro milk tea with a cheese foam cap and I went with a Vietnamese iced coffee with an ube cream topping. Both of our drinks were well prepared and had a ton of flavor. My wife liked that you can choose what kind of tea (black, green, or Oolong) for the taro drink, and we both found the cheese foam to be perfectly creamy and savory. Similarly, my strong iced coffee was prepared according to my taste with 0% sugar, and the cream topping had a discernible ube flavor without excessive sweetness. We both opted for grass jelly mixed into our potables and appreciated the soft, slurpable texture which indicated freshness. Our drinks averaged around $8 per, which is pretty standard. The interior of Ding was clean and bright, certainly pleasant enough in which to pass some time. We are glad we tried this place and can easily foresee returning when in the area.

As I walked past to find a different lunch place, I saw a different door with an open sign in it, and noticed the "big crowd" inside. Popping in, I found four people. One looked to be taking pictures for social media. One was sitting at a table, one at the claw machine, and the last, very bored, at one of the counters. Not a great sign. So, the hall reminds me painfully of a mall food court. There are six ish restaurants along one side, lots of seating on the other, and it's literally otherwise a hall. A bar sits at one side, and that was indeed closed. The restaurants are little more than counters, and all have kiosks. Behind them is their presumably shared kitchen. The restaurants are all fast food style. You can order from any restaurant from any kiosk. I chose the Japanese restaurant Milan, and Gong Cha for boba tea (hi, my name is Joshua, and I'm a bobaholic). Gong Cha was good, Milan was okay, but I'm reviewing the space here. Oh, and one of the restaurants also sells cheap, $7 rings -- also a good sign. I did go to the restroom, and it was slightly terrifying. There's a sign over the urinals thats said "DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING." I am not sure what that meant, but I was careful not to touch any surface in the filthy bathroom. You ever use a restroom and you contemplate whether washing your hands after is a net gain or loss? Gross. After eating, I asked the one staff member where to put my tray, which was a single trash can on the far area. None of the restaurants really impressed me, and they're all chain-like. I can get better food in lots of other places, without the mall kiosk feeling. Like traditional malls, this place is painfully dying.
