I didn't believe that I should pay her another $300 for contacting her to correct the mistakes that she had made, so I asked her to wave the fee or charge me less. As for putting her on small claims court, I did not loose the case. Vivian couldn't make it to the first court hearing and postpone the hearing. Small claims court asked if I wanted to dismiss the hearing after months of waiting for her to be available. I agreed to dismiss the case because I wanted to put everything behind me and start a brand new life not needing have to deal with this drama. I don't know where Vivian got the information that "I got what I wanted" after my court hearing because I did not. Child support was calculated based on both partners salary. The declaration she created was not useful in court because the judge only took a glance at the first page and did not base the child support due to what she had wrote. The judge even said this declaration is for a child custody case not necessary for a child support case.

This form notifies the court that your new attorney is now representing you, often replacing self-representation (in pro per) or a prior attorney. There is no court filing fee required for submitting the Substitution of Attorney form. This is a standard statewide rule for superior courts handling family law matters like divorce. https://selfhelp.courts.ca.gov/substitution-attorney 2) We met for 5m just to sign 1 paper that he is now representing me. 500 usd for 5 min. 3) Next time we met was only to hand him a check and let him know that he is no longer needed. Their conversation also discussed how some of them were able to get more women than other staff based upon their hairstyles. Highly inappropriate and extremely unprofessional. Also, the first time I spoke with my assigned lawyer live was at the call where I addressed concerns over billing. I was suprised to learn he was male, I kept addressing him as 'her' because I had only read emails and thought Tanzeel was a female name.
