Viviano did such an AMAZING job for my mom's funeral. They are so beautiful I can't stop crying. They delivered to the funeral home without any difficulties and knew exactly what we needed. I have ordered from the Viviano family of florists on many occasions and from various locations and can always count on them to provide quality flowers as requested. No question that their flowers are beautiful but they are higher priced than other florists. Since I can rely upon them to deliver a beautiful flower arrangement on time with quality flowers, I'm willing to accept the higher cost... In this case, you do get what you pay for and that is important to me. I'm posting a picture of an arrangement I recently sent a friend for a milestone birthday. I requested an arrangement that would last, recognizing that some of the cheerful added flowers would not. My friend was thrilled and I think the picture of the arrangement is beautiful. This florist is acceptable, but not at all the high-end service I expected from its reputation. I am a former floral designer and am well aware of the small things, which cost very little, that can elevate an arrangement from acceptable to outstanding. I ordered a $200 piece, corporate, and expected at that level, these touches would be in place. More eucalyptus makes a wonderful, upscale presentation and would've cost the shop about $5, or 2.5% my total cost. Adding much more limonium is such a minuscule cost, it's practically free, yet it was used as if it were an expensive item: sparsely. The vase would've cost maybe 10 more dollars (shop cost) to look like something special, not garage sale fodder. So for $15-20 extra in cost, the piece would've gone from checking the box to meets expectations. I also was not impressed with the design quality. Rose placement needed improvement, with unsightly depths on several. The photo I was sent clearly showed they do not care about cleanliness--the table the flowers were set on was disgustingly dirty. This underscores that details don't matter, so if this is what you're letting the customer see, what is happening behind the scenes? Cleanliness of tools, vessels, and coolers are important to flower health and longevity. On a positive note, the roses looked healthy and were prepped properly, it seemed. I liked the selection, including the upscale rose availability. They did send a photo, which I requested, which was very good of them. The piece was done in a very timely manner. So disappointing that they didn't just add that little something extra to elevate the piece. I won't go back. read more

Apparently they looked at the wrong picture when making it??? We live in Birmingham and our local florist recommended this florist who we had never done business with in the past. A friend had a special occasion and we needed to send a special bouquet of flowers with a $200 budget. We called several times and requested a tall vase with long stem pink roses along with other flowers that had a wow factor. Boy are we disappointed. 1) it's not what we requested and 2) On their very own website this exact arrangement is listed as $80- $150. There were 5 roses, 5 callilies, dusty Miller, and 2 hydrangea and a lot of fill. This is NOT a $200 arrangement and frankly barely an $80 arrangement. Also on their own website, we could have gotten almost 3 dozen roses with this budget. After multiple calls and an email, we finally got a hold of someone. They asked what we wanted them to do. Well, if you the business owner send an $80 arrangement and charge us $200 and you don't know what to do than I can't help you. I give people the benefit of the doubt but this whole experience has been greatly disappointing. read more

Integrity is everything and the management at Viviano's understands this. I was first introduced to them at my Dad's funeral. Three of the most stunning arrangements, I discovered were from Viviano's. Since that day I have sent several arrangements to friends and family. Every order delivered looked exactly like what was pictured. They never disappoint. Regarding their prices I think they are reasonable. Having said that, I did have one problem with an order. When I called they were very apologetic and gracious. They gave me a credit and today in the mail I received a written apology and coupon. I'm even more in love with this company. In today's day and age they are a diamond among a bunch of rocks. I only wish they delivered to Arizona so I could send myself one of their beautiful arrangements. Visited on 9-25-19 6:15. I entered the store as the only customer, an associate was on the phone taking an order. Just then two other associates came out from the rear and indicated they would be with me in just a moment. One indicated that she had an arrangement to get ready for pick up, while the other immediately made a phone call. Finally the associate taking the order was complete, but instead of servicing me decided to make a call instead, "just a moment'' now 20 minutes with no sign of any interest in serving me. So, should want to frequent this florist make sure you get a referral. It is nice to see that Viviano is so over busy they didn't want my business. I went 3/4 mile north on Rochester, the florist were prompt, polite & attentive. So if your in the Rochester area I recommend you drive 2 more minutes for the florist that wants your order (or get a referral) read more
