It required a few days for the water to clear...branches and leaves removed, mass quantities of mud vacuumed, chemicals balanced, filters cleaned. Anything that was wrong with the pool they would always blame us as if we were the ones cleaning and make us feel we were poor pool owners but they will fix with additional cost. As well knowledge of the app was very disappointing. I absolutely would not recommend and would say you're better off doing it yourself then deal with this headache. Update- Im no longer customer and 100% dealt with Johan. One of the worst experience ever dealing with him. I even followed up with the pool equipment company and everything Johan told me was pretty much wrong. He never takes responsibility and I find his knowledge of pools extremely poor to be in this business.

They cleaned the filter, added chemicals to clean out the black algaes, and maintains chemical balance. We have their monthly pool cleaning service. They come, like clock work, once a week. Their fee is reasonable. Since mid June, our pool is blue again, always. We are very happy with their service.

We even had to drain the entire pool after it was completely filled up to fix the problem but the problem still exist. They told us to give some time and keep brushing the pool. After 5 months, the discoloration on plaster and new stains showing up. We contacted the company and they told us that we will have to pay the large fee. Definitely not recommending to anyone.
