Despite my pleading politely for a receipt, he flatly and profanely refused, citing my having emailed and called as grounds for his behavior and denial of a receipt. I even let him know I am a combat disabled veteran, and his aggressive and profane behavior was directly agitating to my health, but he never apologized or provided a receipt. The company workers left what amounted to a 5 gallon bucket worth of loose nails in my yard, resulting in two flat tires on my car. The owners son, Kyle, told me the vast amount of plastic trash from the shingle backing and plastic caps on the nails, did not need be picked up by the company because they would dissolve at the first rain, of course they did not. The workers smoked cigarettes covertly on the roof and threw their butts in my yard, when I questioned a worker who is smoking, he denied smoking. I later saw him smoking. I am physically disabled, it took me weeks to pick up all the nails, plastics, and cigarette butts. I never planned to complain or write an honest review, but John the owner cussing me with f bombs was so disrespectful, I simply was shocked. My family had multiple roofs done by this company, large sums of money paid, and the owner treated me with the utmost contempt and disrespect, denying me a receipt, simply for sending an email and following it up with a phone call. This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened.
