I dropped off 6 storm windows for tab replacements (the little tab that holds/guides the window…read moreinto the track). The few he managed to replace were a completely different style and won't fit in the frame now. He broke one window and frame completely but never said a word about the damage. This was the worst repair job I've ever seen. He charged me $5 a tab and now the windows are completely unusable. Instead of saying this was out of his area of expertise (like he should have), he instead damaged the windows and charged me for work that is unacceptable. Told me it would take 3-4 days to complete, took 10 days to break and damage the windows. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Herb's Glass & Mirror (they took over their shop) was top rate, these guys are at the bottom.

While I am sympathetic to this just communicate that you are unavailable. After many promises to improve the communication a few days later I get a call that someone was to come to my house in 20 minutes to get measurements. Really? I wasn't informed ahead of time this was part of their process. Then radio silence. Very disappointed. I canceled my order on 2/27/26.
