Natalie, and Lena do my Lashes and Vivian does my nails and I constantly get great comments on my lashes and my nails, my lashes they tell me they're so fluttery and so whisky and beautiful. Within 24 hours of getting a spa pedicure my toe nail has developed an infection. I could tell right when the lady cut my toe nails she ripped out the side of the skin. And then she cut my nails in round shape, instead of straight across. It started hurting within an hour. By the next night it is red, swollen and hurts and starting to puss. This is done using harsh outdated techniques like being aggressive with the skin around the nail and the cuticle. Won't be coming back. read more

I never asked for acrylic nails. I asked specifically for a white color on my toenails but Gel color... The nail lady kept insisting white tips and i said okay but once she said acrylic i said no it's okay and she still did whatever she wanted to do. I did not appreciate that your employees don't take NO for an answer sometimes especially when they aren't the ones paying for the services. I'll decide if I will keep coming here for my nail services but I am very upset. read more

*Another Update*. I'll let you review it by my picture. SMH... compare this manicure to my other manicure.. WTF.... So much gel it widen my nail beds. They look duck shaped. Like CHICLETS. Dont blame my nails either.. see other pics. Also they didn't ask if i wanted to cut my toe nails this time, they automatically cut them. I like my big toe nail to be same length at my toe, like the top of it. I dont like seeing the top of the toe. I've been waiting for it to grow so i can get my pedicure . While talking to the manicurist, i felt the clip. Theres also some spots missing of the polish. Like transparent/opaque. Mostly likely I'll look somewhere else for my nails. I went last month to get an acrylic pedicure. And today I removed my acrylic set and I had FUNGUS DO NOT GO HERE. I am a nail technician myself and have been doing acrylic on my toes for 5 years never once have I given myself a fungal infection !!! If I could give a lower score I would. This would be the third time I've come here and I've had issues! Every time I always ask for acrylic and they always pressure me to get gel x, no matter how many times I tell the I rather get acrylic! The first two times they started doing gel x on me knowing I had told them acrylic! I'm soft spoken so I was like yk what it's fine it is what it is. But the third and LAST time I went they did acrylics but they made me feel like a burden for even asking for acrylics. They say it's better to get gel x but u always tell them I have short nails so the never last on me and I don't know why they always feel the need to ask me "why not". First time here today and it was fast and great fiercely service. I will be definitely be back.

I asked for a full set of gel X and the experience was terrible. While the guy was buffing my nails with the e-file he constantly filed my skin, he completely missed my nail and filed my skin at one point! I have cuts on each of my nails and my pinky especially looks the worse. While the hardening gel design on my nails looks lazy and each nail looks different. He was aggressive and would hold onto my finger tightly and would bend them when trying to do the designs. I understand it's sometimes difficult to do the designs and don't realize you're hurting someone but not being carful while filing my nails and constantly cutting my skin is terrible. I don't mind that he was aggressive while doing the designs but at least try and make my nails look consistent! read more

I sat down for a pedicure at 11:23am. My first pedicure ever so not sure what to expect. I asked for a lemon grass oil spa pedicure. Everything seemed okay but then she did pull out an old looking file and started filing my toes with it. After going home I noticed not all the dead skin was removed from my feet. The gel is still on okay so the painting job wasn't bad (so far it's been a week now). Now after the pedicure I asked if I could get a full set acrylic. The man that got asked to do it seemed hesitant. They told me to go sit down so I did and he then looks at my nails and says something which I understood as acrylic overlay since my nails were not cut. He starts putting the acrylic over didn't file nor buff he just put what I assume, some type of dehydrator that smells really bad. Proceeded to make them very thick and bumpy and then files for a while still thick and I have acrylic all over even under my nails. I asked for glitter under and a French tip he puts the glitter and then starts on the French tip but doesn't seem to know how to do them. He spends a while trying to do them. After a while he tells me "no no, I no like, it ugly" . He started drilling off all of them and called a lady over i have no idea what they were saying but she explained the glitter used before was too lumpy and didn't work well when trying to do the French tip, then they both start drilling my nails, starting all over back at shaping the acrylic. It took a long time I had to go and the woman finishes my nails. They charged me for the acrylic but not for the French tip. I left at 2:50pm. read more

I really wanted to love this place. I decided to try them out and was seen quickly. I got a simple gel manicure and pedicure. I thought the pedicure was $42 but they must have charged me extra by doing gel. I didn't ask for the gel, she just did it but I thought whatever, at least they'll look good which they do. my manicure however didn't hold up even 5 hours after getting them done. they were cute, but just kinda sloppy. she could have cleaned up the gel around nail beds and the 3D.. I was kinda shocked it came out to over $100 for something so simple. the ladies were nice, but probably won't be back. read more

Update as of 4/5/2024: Today was a bad experience. I am so upset. I received a text for their "Easter Special". And i TWO TIMES asked for the Gel Pedi, with white french tips and i wanted to pay extra for a design on my big toes. The lady (mei mei) said she understood and let me know the big toe design was extra. But when she got to painting she told me she was going to do full white. I thought she would still design my big toe with french tip and flower. NOPE! And i still paid 42$ for the pedi and 16$ more for gel. Was I screwed over for paying extra for something I did not ask for?????? My toes are cute, but NOT what I asked for.... I don't know if I will go back after today.... read more
