I am not one to usually get eyelashes or eyelash curl, because I'm a big baby when it comes to having someone touching my eyes . I tend to get nervous, but I had the best experience here and practically fell asleep!! I think I may have even started snoring! lol Vincy was so gentle and let me know what she was doing the whole way through. No burning, no issues and my straight eyelashes look so pretty and curled !! I've had a great experience every time I've come here. The wait time is always short, and it's easy to book either online or by phone. They are usually able to fit me in even with short notice, which I really appreciate. Getting lash services was something new for me, but I've never left unhappy. The One Lash was a nice place. It was clean and calm inside, I had an appointment at 11am and got there at 10:50 am, I waited for my lash specialist to be done with a previous client. The whole appointment took about an hour and half maybe, they were transparent that they could not get it exactly like the photo of what I wanted but for what I paid for and what I got does not make sense, now looking at my lashes closely they are all jumbled together and have no structure they are pretty from far away but when I look at them they are essentially placed randomly from what I can see. read more

First time doing a lash lift and the process was great! I did a lash lift and eyebrow lamination. The process took about an hour or so. When you enter the place it's clean, quiet and inviting, very much giving spa. I was welcomed when I arrived and waited about 10 - 15 minutes. Since it was my first time she explained the process clear and showed me what specials they currently have. They don't use harsh chemicals which I appreciate it. I had my lashes done at The One Lash for the first time and had mixed feelings about the experience. They were very responsive when booking, which I appreciated. I also showed reference photos from their own Yelp page and clearly explained that I wanted a very natural look. When I arrived, I had to wait because they were finishing other clients, which was fine. During the consultation, I asked for guidance since it was my first time, but when I asked for her opinion on what would look best, she responded in a harsh tone that she couldn't advise me, which was off putting. The actual service was relaxing and took about an hour, I even fell asleep! However, when I saw the final result, it was not what I asked for. The lashes were much thicker and more dramatic than the natural look I requested. I asked if some could be removed, and she did adjust them, but there was noticeable frustration. When I tried to explain again what I wanted, she became argumentative and repeatedly told me I would "complain" if they didn't last long, even after I reassured her that wasn't a concern. At checkout, I still tipped and did not question the price, but there was no acknowledgment or thank you, just an overall irritated attitude that made it seem like I was being rushed out. In the end, I'm happy with how my lashes turned out after adjustments, but the customer service was disappointing and I didn't feel listened to. I would not return. read more

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Don't let these 5 star reviews fool you. They will screw you eventually. While the lash work itself is good, the professionalism and booking practices were extremely disappointing. I booked a 2 PM appointment over a week in advance and paid a deposit specifically to secure the time. I rearranged my schedule to make it work and drive from Los Angeles to come here, which is not a short trip. The day before the appointment I received a reminder asking me to confirm. Because I didn't respond during the day (I was actually unwell), my appointment was given to another client, even though it had already been booked for over a week and secured with a deposit. When I later responded, instead of honoring the appointment that had already been scheduled and secured, the last-minute client who asked for the spot was kept and I was told my appointment was no longer available. A deposit is meant to secure an appointment. If a booked appointment can still be given away simply because someone doesn't respond immediately to a reminder message, then the deposit serves no real purpose. I've booked countless appointments with service providers and have never experienced anything like this. Canceling a client who booked a week in advance in order to take someone who asked last minute is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating after rearranging my schedule and planning to travel that distance. The lash work may be good, but the way appointments are handled is unreliable and disappointing. Clients should be aware that even if you book in advance and pay a deposit, your appointment may still be given to someone else if you don't respond quickly enough to a reminder message. read more
