Two other contractors ghosted us after coming to give estimates, but Trey came out within a couple days of me calling and gave an estimate soon thereafter. We were able to have his team come about a week later. They arrived when they said they would and spent about 7 hours (with a break for lunch) doing all the repairs. This required paint & texture matching, which is so perfect that you cannot tell on ANY of the repairs that they were repair jobs. Later, I only found a couple tiny drops of dried paint where they didn't belong, but they were easily removed. I will definitely call them back if we need anything else repaired. The price was reasonable for such a professional job in 8 different spots.

We had told them the exact paint we wanted during the estimate, by text to the guy that gave us the estimate and by a phone call the previous day and never was it mentioned that it would be an additional cost until after the painters arrived and began their work. After many conversations they did reduce it so that it was $150 over the estimate instead of the $390 over the estimate. Since they knew exactly what we wanted when getting the estimate I do not expect the price to change unless I add requests. I was told that I just didn't understand how estimates work. We did not have a problem with the painting only the "bait and switch technique".

I called the company and they say "oh yeah the quote guy does that a lot". Then they offer you that service for an extra cost. It's like a bait and switch. The sub contractor company itself (not Rodriguez Painting) were good. Communication was good for the most part but when they power washed the whole house they went really heavy on the windows and unfortunately that process flooded the house with water primarily around the windows. The clean up was pretty intensive. They should mention to home owners that flooding could happen so that we could seal the inside. I wouldn't recommend this company due to this experience.

I know its a big job, but seriously ive never had previous work by contractor that painted around switch plates to save customer money (i removed plates and asked them to paint, MJ is refusing per costomers acceptance)... also they only bought 2 roll of plastic, as u see in pic furniture not covered and got full of popcorn ceiling dust, dad went next day and bought more plastic to cover ALL furniture. $1800 was given on first day, on erd day the said they needed $700 more becsuse they hired another worker.
