I had three projects completed by Mr. Solis. My master bathroom, my celling painted, and a water softener installed. The photos I chose to post were the before, during and after of my master bathroom. Because it was the most work done. The backstory is my original bathroom was outdated, had bulky sink and tub and a tiny shower with no storage. I wanted a large walk in shower with additional storage. Mr. Solis turned my shower into an additional linen closet and my bathtub into a luxury walk in shower. The work took about three week's total. But because we had some items customer order and shipped that we had to wait for. My celling has a water stain from the recent rain in San Antonio, the leak was fixed. But I was left with a nasty stain. I have popcorn celling which is very difficult to paint and make it look uniformed. Mr. Solis re-did the entire celling which now looks brans spanking new. I had damaged rusty sink fixtures due to the hard water. Mr. Solis oversaw the installation to my water softener. I had used some simple lime remover and now have brank new plumbing and fixtures because everything is not be corroded due to the hard water. You will not be disappointed. Read that again. While doing a few home repair projects we found pretty extensive termite damage to our home's structure. Several beams were going to have to be replaced and then drywalled over. We had a leak in the wall of our upstairs shower which damaged the subfloor upstairs and leaked into the kitchen downstairs. I was lucky enough to come across Mr. Solis many years ago while looking for a contractor for my rental property and the home in which I live. I have been using different contractors and then they would either not do the work properly, or drop out of contact. It was very frustrating when this happened. I am happy to say that Mr. Solis is the best! He has done work on my rental which is a mobile home, which some contractors steer away from, but not Mr. Solis. I recently had to hire a contractor to do some drywall work and carpet repair due to water damage from an upstairs tub leak. Not knowing anything about how to hire a contractor, I was so nervous about being taken advantage of. After several estimates and being told I would have to replace all the carpet in the bedroom and repaint the entire bedroom due to not being able to color match from different contractors, I found Solis Contractors. His response time to my initial call was very quick and his estimate was very fair. His team repaired the drywall in my bedroom and in my laundry room so well it looks like it never happened! His carpet repairman was able to replace the missing carpet pad and stretch the carpet back in place. He told us 2 days and that's exactly how long it took!
