Many years later after moving out of state I stopped by for a visit, Jeff got me right in for some x-rays and maintenance back work on me. . Jeff was right, the few simple and detailed training methods have stopped the pain. Better yet I still have ( the worn out printed copy's) and preform these exercises to maintain my spine health.
