I mean the expenses, the due diligence periods, the appraisal hopes, and house check-ups are all just time-consuming events. Needless to say, I wouldn't advise starting a job and buying a house ;) BUT... I'm not one to follow my advice ;) With all that said, I just want to give a shout-out to Intown Experts for really stepping up and helping me out every day (and night) throughout the whole process! My agent was amazing. If you get the chance to work with Janet Warncke, TOTALLY TAKE IT! Especially if you're a first-time buyer like myself. I mean she was just always on her A-game. Super supportive of whatever decision I was going to make and flexible to how I wanted to go through the process (and in the few cases I was about to make a mistake, she would jump right in to explain the best option and why). Look as a Tax Accountant, I like to read all the fine print, and sometimes I would try to see if she did too. I'd continuously ask her about small sections of the agreements. Janet remembers all of this stuff, and it's incredible. Also, she was super in the negotiation process and helped me get the best deal possible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
