Beach Bear seemed professional and could schedule within 30 days, but was TWICE the price! I found another construction company that was reasonable and within 30 days. Don't pay extra because contractors are few. Keep calling and ask your network for referrals. Some of these contractors are just holding the peninsula hostage.

AND I was billed $82 for the parts. if I picked them up at the store myself, it would have been about $35 - $40. So far, I've only found 3 reputable contractors on the peninsula. I know how to do the projects, but I wanted a few off my list. I feel sorry for the folks who are stuck paying for this crap because they don't have the skills. I can't imagine what I would have been billed if I rescheduled the two showers. Never call Belks or Taft again.
