Didn't want to call any of the locals, so my wife said, "Hey, there's a new sign out on Sandridge at Pioneer. Coastal Electric or something." So I drove out there, snapped a picture of the sign and called. Someone answered! Yeah, I know, a local contractor or business actually answered the phone? Hard to believe, but it happened! This was on a Monday. Terry was very personable, listened to my problem and said, "Yeah, I'll be in the area Wednesday. How about first thing? Does 9 AM sound good?" I responded, "Great." If you've lived on the peninsula for any amount of time, you won't believe what happened next. Terry showed up promptly at 9 AM Wednesday! He assessed the issue, identified the repair, went out to his van for parts, and had the lighting issue up and running in 15, maybe 20 minutes. Terry is professional, prompt, answers the phone, shows up on time and gets the job done efficiently. What more could you ask for? Call Coastal Current Electric first!
