Well. I bought a pendant and chain. It was delivered on time. Not quite as big as thought but generally what they promised.

Was in shop in August to sell a few ounces of 14K scrap. Quoted amount was about 50% of what the current 14k scrap value was. Gold has an instrinsic value not a subjective one, next shop quoted 75% of value and amount worked out to about $2,000.00 MORE. I also found the woman i dealt with Evasive about providing the price basis that I had to ask 3 Times to finally get, appeared she was trying to repeatedly provide total dollar amount rather than providing price being paid per ounce or pennyweight. My beautiful wife surprised me by ressurecting my Raymond Weil Parsifal watch by taking it Beryl Fine Jewelers to get it running again. The watch had sat dormant in my drawer for over 10 years. I have a gold chain, and for Christmas my husband wanted to buy me a diamond to wear on it. We checked Beryl's, and were so pleased with the selection, the presentation, and the staff. I selected the most beautiful diamond, and we picked the setting, measurements were made to make sure it would hang from my necklace perfectly, in addition, the ladies cleaned my rings for me. Nice little perk. My diamond was set, right there in the shop, and just a few days later. They don't have to send it away anywhere! We picked it up and it's just lovely. They fixed a small link chain that I bet most places would say it couldn't be fixed. A Rolex repair came in sooner than promised and less expensive as well. My husband and I had my wedding ring custom made for us this month and I could not be happier with the entire experience from the start of the process to the completion of the ring. Chris helped us pick out and order a diamond and then worked diligently to find a band that had tiny diamonds on the head of the band for a larger stone. I responded to their ad to buy gold and silver and called ahead of time because it was an hour drive. I asked if they bought sterling flatware to resell it because of the aesthetic value and not just the melt value and I was told "yes". I also asked if they stood by their ad which offered 15% additional for senior citizens and was told "yes". On inspection I was told the silver would only get melt value and I was offered less than I was offered by another dealer. I did sell some gold and silver. The "additional 15%" would have only amounted to about $100 or so. When I asked for it I was told It was included in the offer because we give it to anyone who looks over 40. I do not believe that was true because you had to bring in the coupon to get the discount. Bottom line - If some one will cheat you for a small amount be carefull if a big amount is involved. HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND GREAT WORK. I just had my bracelet repaired and they did a fantastic job. I have also had them do a previous repair (great job on that as well) and install a couple watch batteries. They are very friendly and family-owned.
