So we asked how quickly we could reschedule... and we got a NASTY response from Monte. Super rude and totally unprofessional! If he had said "sorry, we'll get you reschedule asap", all would have been fine. However, he sent some snarky text responses and said that we're "lucky" to get rescheduled as they're so busy. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. Fastest service ever, great work, amazing clean up and for less than half of what I thought it would cost.
