I was told I would have to pay an additional $75 expedited fee just to obtain that image, which was very frustrating considering how much I had already spent. Another major issue is the extremely long wait time. Once your photos are paid in full, it takes about 6-8 weeks to receive them, which is unreasonable for school photos that families and schools often need quickly. When I called customer service to ask about options, the representative I spoke with was rude and not accommodating at all. There was little effort to help or provide a solution. The solution was to pay $75. Overall, I found the service to be overpriced, slow, and lacking in customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Fox-Mar Studios for student photos.

I chose a double session with same-day viewing which allowed me to have additional photos. When booking my daughter's photo session online, they gave me a credit that I could apply towards the purchase of the photos or photo packages. Plus, the proof-booklet has a $10-off coupon that one can also apply to one's purchase. 2. The turnaround to view the photos was within hours -- all 24 photos were available to be seen and from there, one could choose [not required/forced] to either purchase: 1 photo or photo packages. I chose the premium package. Photographer: 1. Foy is a phenomenal photographer with a charismatic personality to match. He was creative with his poses, and knew how to direct my daughter for the best possible shot. His patience made my daughter feel at ease [me too!] and his charm made this whole experience a memorable one. 2. Sachi, one of the managers, was attentive and welcoming. Her kind demeanor, also, made this experience a memorable one and even congratulated my daughter for all her accomplishments. 3. This service with kindness cannot be purchased but it is offered as part of the experience at no extra charge. Photos: 1. All my photos turned out beautifully. There were some photos I loved more than others, but it was more of a personal choice than how the photos were taken. 2. Packages offered: They are expensive, but like any type of milestone in a child's life, the parent is going to pay a premium for it and this is no different. 3. Any parent that has had or has a senior in high school will tell you that everything that happens in senior year is OVERALL expensive - from photos to graduation, regardless if it's a public or private school. Front Desk: I have to say that this needs improvement. The lady treated myself and other parents as if: 1) She didn't want to be there, 2) She was doing us a favor that she thought we needed and 3) She is the first face we see, so this can place a negative demeanor from the start as parents are anxiously waiting for their kid's photo to be taken. Because of this, I am giving this review a 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, it was a great experience...! This post is lengthy because just like there are some negative [bit unfair] reviews, I needed to express that my experience was just the opposite.
