Spoke to Daniel (the owner) when I called on a Saturday to schedule and we made an appt for 8 am on Monday. He was super prompt (even text when he was a few minutes out. Once he got there, he looked through the whole system and diagnosed the issue. I asked him to not fix it yet since we were still under contract for the house, but had a detailed invoice with photos of how to fix the issue along with price involved to supply the sellers.
