It was why I booked an appointment with "Hannah" and not one of the male options.My manicure was done by a lady who could've been Hannah, but while doing my manicure she did not use a buffer and seemed fairly disinterested in my nails. She didn't use an actual nail clipper but used the cuticle clippers instead. The result was an uneven cut. She also didn't clean under my nails. I'm not sure if that's an "extra" service or if it was just an oversight, but I ended up doing it myself at home. I tried this place because it was close to home, but unfortunately, I'll look elsewhere for my next one. I will say the women getting services really seemed to be big fans of this place, but I felt like I was more of a hassle for them than a valued client.
