I have worked with n@work in the past as the service provider for the website belonging to company I was working for, and was always very impressed by their responsiveness and friendliness. I should post a disclaimer: My boyfriend is one of the employees of N@work so I know many of the folks who work there personally. With this in mind, I can attest what great people they are, how dedicated they are to their jobs and how responsive they are to customers. Their data centers in Hamburg are very secure and they've got great uptime. They may charge a little more than other providers such as 1&1, but they really are wonderful at customer support, friendly and responsive. Consider this a personal recommendation!

Unser Kundenberater, Samuel, war katastrophal und sehr unprofessionell. Meine Google Bewertung wurde von ihm erstellt und veröffentlich (natürlich mit 5 Sternen). Während unserer Beratung führte er parallel ein privates Gespräch mit seinem Kumpel, um den morgigen freien Tag zu planen. Wir haben fast zwei Jahre lang viel zu viel für einen Partnervertrag bezahlt, den er mit einer günstigeren "Plus Karte" ersetzen wollte. Dies hat er auch getan, aber dieser Partnervertrag wurde niemals gekündigt, obwohl ich mehrmals Vorort nachgehakt und er dies auch bestätigt hatte. There is a counter where one goes to first identify the problem and then you will be sent to one of the technicians for assistance. Well, there was some woman behind the counter who wasn't wearing anything to identify her as a telekom employee. She spent the whole time I waited talking to one person and not letting the whole growing line of people know what the situation was and how to obtain service. I eventually concluded she must work there but am still unclear. I tried to ask someone else who worked there what I was supposed to do to get service but he just ignored me. It was all very confusing and not well organized. Will not return to this shop.

I am beyond grateful that I found this place! I had a little accident with my laptop (I dropped it…read morewhen it was only 3-4 inches away from the ground, ugh!), and thought it would never work again. The morning of the accident, I took my laptop to a few different repair shops. None of them turned out to be helpful, so I thought my laptop's life was over. I spent the rest of the day shopping for a new laptop and panicking at how much money I was about to spend. Well, with one last final attempt, I decided to stop by Teletec 24. They took a look at my computer, asked us to come back in 20-30 minutes, and half an hour later, it was FIXED. It was like some sort of magical wizardry. These guys are awesome, and friendly, and affordable. Now I know where to go from now on, before resorting to buying new products.
