They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to know if I was approved. After 3 days of not hearing back, I called them and they brushed me off saying they had not heard back. I tried again in five days with the same result. After more than a week there was no word, so I called them a third time. Their response, "Oh, you were not approved." So I asked why didn't you call me? "Oh, we just heard." What a bunch of BS. I told these people that I had recently moved to the area and they were recommended by someone. I also told them that I was in pain and needed to see someone. They did not care in the least! They never offered that I could pay cash for my first visit while they run my insurance. They just hung up. I have never been treated this way by a medical office. Luckily, I found another provider and my insurance was approved within the hour.

Each time a different PT and you cant book one that you choose. One of them is not helpful and talks the whole time about his own pain... No one there really followed my condition- no diagnosis after 6 wks of treatment for back pain. Also the exercises they assign while you are there are not printed put nor explained. They have machines but patients are not using them that much - Just 5 min on a bike which might have been just to keep me occupied while they help others. Terrible way to manage PT.
