There services are rightfully in high demand and to observe the treatment floor is comparable to observing the kitchen of a Michelin Three Star Restaurant; that is moving with purpose, coordination and grace, albeit at a faster pace as the staff guides and assists the patients through their varied treatments for the day. This is made entirely possible by the coordinated and dedicated effort of the entire enthusiastic staff who are simultaneously able to engage in both light hearted banter while focusing on the details of patients' treatment which contributes to the overall healing and holistic environment. I did get a glimpse of the room that we were going to get a massage that looked like old dirty towels lining the bed. We had fool view of the kitchen that had piles and piles of dirty dishes, my friend used the bathroom that she stated it was not cleaned for years. They have machines but patients are not using them that much - Just 5 min on a bike which might have been just to keep me occupied while they help others. Terrible way to manage PT.
