Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. However, I have never felt pressured to add additional services! Overall I would highly recommend Lou's Car Care if you are looking for a reliable place to bring your car!

The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate. Worst company ever dealt with. Will be telling everyone looking to buy a new vehicle not to deal with this company.
