Long beans, three kinds of Bok Choy. A zillion kinds of mushrooms, black garlic, Thai Basil, FRESH lime leaves. Heaven for a cooking freak like me. Canned and dried necessities as well like fermented bean and shrimp paste, tons of fish sauces, all kinds of soy sauce including hard to find sweet soy and even sweetened condensed coconut milk.
