I brought my mother here for her birthday, and what should have been a fun treat turned into a frustrating experience from the moment we walked in. We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged. A simple "We'll be right with you" would have gone a long way, but instead we were completely ignored. My mother downloaded the app, liked and followed Crumbl on social media, and completed the requirements to receive the bonus points. When we asked about redeeming the free birthday cookie, the employee told us it would take a year, which was confusing and wasn't explained in a helpful way. My mom decided to purchase the Biscoff cookie anyway. While placing the order, she asked a couple of questions about the icing. Instead of answering politely, the employee responded with a rude, snarky attitude that made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. I've been to plenty of Crumbl locations, so I know this isn't the standard the company strives for. The employee closest to the counter in the photo provided some of the poorest customer service I've experienced. She lacked professionalism, courtesy, and even the most basic customer service skills. A birthday outing should leave customers feeling welcomed--not ignored and treated with attitude. The cookies may be good, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, the service at this location was so poor that I won't be returning. Update: I called the store as Alex S. from business customer service suggested, Christopher answered the phone and told me he had not been relayed anything about the issue. He could not ask a manager because they do not have one. I went online since that was the other suggestion and Madison said they do have a manager. Getting multiple different answers and not being able to actually speak with someone makes it even worse. Now I REALLY won't be giving this location a second chance. read more

The concept of Crumbl is humongous shareable cookies. The menu changes weekly and they have a variety of signature cookies. My sweet tooth is not strong but when I go to Crumbl it's typically to get them for get friends or family as a shareable treat. My favorite is the the chilled pink sugar cookie. What a great stop inside a small shopping center. It is around a dental shop, Bolay, and a few other restaurants? I love that you can mobile order and pick up so you don't have to wait around. Make sure you enter your phone number so you can begin earning points. There is not a bathroom inside. There is handicap parking nearby, which is helpful for my mom. This is a delicious stop to make for a special occasion or just because. We like to order the four pack so we get a variety of cookies and you save the more you buy. read more

Going to start with.... I wish we had half-stars, I am not excited to go the half up because this is 3.5 at best, but although the cookies themselves are fabulous, the lack of customer service...and the high prices are kind of over the top, those really overshadow my feelings on this place a bit. If the customer service was there, it would be at a 4 but it really impacts the experience if you don't even get acknowledged, greeted or appear friendly when asked a question... Never had been to one of these before and just learning they are all over, I was craving cookies... my nieces said WE HAVE TO COME HERE! Anything they want, they get LOL. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After stepping foot inside this sterile looking and feeling location, without the greet/acknowledgment, etc, we ordered from the kiosk[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and as one person was using some sort of spray chemical to clean the surfaces and/or doors - she went to help the person preparing our box of cookies while holding said chemicals in one hand - but couldn't see if she was handling our cookies or not.... that's not good... But you're there to take the cookies home and shared with everyone - between 5 of us, the 6 cookies lasted 3 days. So, that's something. I rarely patronize Crumbl these days 1) because I don't need 4 cookies 2) they're higher than they used to be. But I was intrigued by the fried ice cream cookie and made my way over to the location in WPB. They had them in stock before I left but bout time I got there, different story. I wasn't making that mistake 2x so I ordered from this location in the parking lot before driving over. I walked in, told the girl my name, they hadn't made me cookies. I woulda been pissed if they'd sold out but luckily 3 of the 4 were served cold and the chocolate chunk was just right and warm. So crisis adverted and order quickly filled. The 2 fried ice cream cookies were not a disappointment but they weren't all that either but still a good cookie. The last "cookie" was a raspberry cheesecake. I see you, Crumbl, venturing out, I see you! I kept the cheesecake in a zip lock bag in the fridge for 4 days and it was still very good when I tasted it. I hate to give the review but between the lack in customer service and the demo cookies shown, what a complete disappointment. Upon arrival and 3 workers prepping cookie trays and talking together, I was not acknowledged being the only customer the whole time. I snapped a few photos so I could look over prices after I had a chance to buy what I came in for. I will start by saying my review is no reflection in regards to the quality of food. I will, however say it's rather frustrating when you place an order two hours in advance for curbside pick up. Once you check in for curbside pick-up you start to think after 20 minutes of waiting in your car, that you have been ignored or forgotten, or even maybe that you sent your order to the wrong store. But when I walked inside the store, I got half of an answer, saying there's some kind of a problem, and they are working on it. My time to pick up was for a reason, I have never waited more than three minutes for any of my possibly dozens of orders in the past. Perhaps there should be some sort of a system in place that alerts customers when there is a "problem" of some sort, so that you can make people aware that you will be arriving at a timed event, nearly an hour late. There's two faults here, there's a gross neglect in communication as I sit here and watch lots of people walk in and out of the store with their orders as I sit here waiting. Secondly, store, managers and franchise owners should really be monitoring their staff so they can observe the pace at which some of their employees are working, so they can make plans to replace them with someone who is willing to earn a wage. When I visited Crumbl Cookies, I had a disappointing experience due to the workers' poor attitude and lack of professionalism. We've finally been placed on the Cruml Cookies map here in Palm Beach, excited to see. Great location as there aren't many cookie/sweets shops in that particular area. I've been to many of the other locations and like the concept of a weekly rotation and or seasonal treat to choose from. You can order with a person, kiosk or the app. When I went they were pretty steady, people in and out. My cookies were served nice and warm in the infamous pink box. The employees are the rudest people I have encountered anywhere. I went in this past Tuesday and the same 2 disgusting females were working that treated the customers in the store badly upon our previous visit. I reached out to the owner via email about our experience of them sitting in the backroom for almost 10 minutes and finally emerging angry and aggressive when customers were waiting in the store. Don't give your money to a business owner who has no problem with employees treating customers badly. Today, we took our family to Crumbl on Donald Ross and it was lovely. Highly recommend you take the trip over there instead and support a business that cares how customers are treated. read more
