I was worried about not having a referral because I didn't want to get locked into a contract or long term deal if she didn't want to stick with it. I spoke to Jim on the phone and told him want I was looking for and that I wanted my daughter to take the lead. Jim understood and was more than willing to be flexible. I immediately liked Jim and my daughter has enjoyed her lesson time with the studio. There is no pressure and it's a fun environment. My daughter wasn't sure if she wanted to continue her lessons after the first month but after working with Jim - she changed her mind - We've been with Jim since August and are looking forward to having a great time at the holiday concert and many more. Jim has some great students that have also been around a for a long time and I think that says a lot about Jim and his team. Thanks Jim for all you do!

Cable network "Nick at Nite" chose me to promote the opening of the network on a tour and I've shared the stage with many huge stars. I travel the world with my act and typically perform in large theaters and showrooms. A few days ago, I was hired to perform for a private hotel event in which Caesar was the DJ. I was to use his sound. Prior to the event, Caesar was asked about what type of mic he would provide, if there would be a monitor so I could hear, if he could provide basic reverb and a normal sound check. Those are minimum requirements for any singer. Caesar was resistive at first to providing reverb because he said it wasn't included in his price. We got that handled. However, at the venue, he didn't even have a dedicated mic for me. He handed off his mic to me, with no regard for EQ or relative volume of my voice and tracks. Why would he not bring a singer her own mic is beyond me? Then, his monitor that was pointed at his head behind me, was not in earshot for me to hear. So, I barely heard the music while I was singing. Lastly, he did not give me a promised sound check. All he was willing to do was rush me through the order of my tracks and get an understanding of when to press play. All the while, he made excuses of not having time for me because he was so busy and had to get dressed himself. It was quite sad to be treated as if my contribution to the evening was of little significance to him. Luckily, I have been performing professionally for over 30 years and was still able to find a way to give the audience a good show. And Caesar is probably wonderful when being only a DJ. But I would never ask him to include a pro singer within his wheelhouse as a sound man. I hope this helps another singer from having a similar experience. It is not fair for the singer, the audience or the client.

When my child first started attending in 2023, this center was still operating as Smart Kids, and…read moreour experience was excellent. The teachers were caring, communication was strong, and the leadership team was responsive whenever concerns arose. Unfortunately, after the transition to Learning Jungle, our experience changed significantly. Over time, we experienced frequent turnover among teachers, directors, and assistant directors. In one of my child's classroom alone, there were nearly ten teacher changes during our time there. The lack of consistency made it difficult for children and parents alike, and communication became increasingly inconsistent. My child has documented food allergies, and there were multiple occasions when she was given food she was allergic to despite having an emergency action plan on file and it was not always followed. This was very concerning as a parent. The event that ultimately led us to leave occurred when my child reported being hurt at school by a teacher. I contacted DSS, and both DSS and Learning Jungle later confirmed that video footage showed two staff members physically mishandling my child. While that was upsetting on its own, I was equally disappointed by the response from leadership. My concerns were raised not only with the center director but also with regional and corporate leadership. I did not feel my questions were adequately addressed, and I left those conversations without confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously. There are still some caring teachers at this center, and I appreciate those who positively impacted my child's life. However, based on our experience with staff turnover, leadership instability, allergy-related concerns, and the handling of a serious safety issue, I cannot recommend this facility. I encourage parents to review publicly available reports and conduct their own research before enrolling their child.

Two grandchildren have been attending over the last three years. This is an outstanding, quality…read moreschool and development center rich in personalized teaching and activities. Class sizes are around 12 children and there are two teachers. The classrooms are sized for the ages of children, are clean and very well equipped. Parents drop off in the morning and each child is logged into a computer as well as with face-to-face teacher contact. Sessions are 5 days a week or three days a week and we presently have a five year old going 5 days and a 2.5 year old on the three week schedule. Children bring their lunches which are consumed in the classroom and the sessions end at 1pm. Parents pick up the children and log them off of the computer system. Yes, this is a Christian school, so Bible stories are use to teach as well as to theme art work and other activities. At the end of each day the children leave with a printed summary of what they did activity wise, and which Biblical references were used. The children also take with them any art project they completed. Teachers are superb. The children love them back and there are no tears about going to school, just the opposite. We have been very pleased and even see behavior changes in the grandchildren from the stand point of please and thank-you, how they relate to other children and to adults. A fine operation.
