It doesn't have the thrift feel very much at all. It has very nice clothing, shoes, and accessories. A back room with housewares and linens, books, games, seasonal, and small appliances. I have found several great deals on some older collectibles. They also have a display case with some very special finds and jewelry. The clothing is so clean and in excellent condition. The entire setup is very well organized and neat. I recommend this location. They also have a "punch card" for frequent buyers. These extended hours shows that they accommodate their customers unlike a number of other local boutiques who simply expect that customers just shop from 10 to 5. This boutique means business. I like that. The customer service is great; the ladies are sweet and not too in-your-face. They offer help if you need it ....and then just let you do your thing and shop. The displays are darling. Very cute. Everything is thought through and organized with a creative eye. The art on the walls are adorable. You can tell they have fun with what they do! I have So was so excited that we will get to have one here in town. And Monkee's of Knoxville is so nice! I have been in many times now and always greeted by the nicest and most helpful women, it is fun just to go in and look and be surrounded by all of the positivity in this store. I need some outfits for unplanned events on my trip and a friend suggested this spot. The women working were beyond unfriendly and not helpful. As I was trying things on someone who seemed to be an 'influencer' of some kind came in and wow, what a change from the sales girls. I understand they draw of a flashy post on social media but I hope that these girls learn every shopper is a valued customer. I was not the only person in the store put off by their bizarre behavior.
