I then find out that the cannot really perform the service in the agreement and cancelled. Once they got a credit card number, they started billing my credit card monthly as well WITHOUT my permission to do so. When contacted about it, they said they found no evidence of double billing, even though I provided copies of the credit card and bank statements proving otherwise. They tried to charge me for services that were NOT provided eg charged me for a shower install that they never did, among other things. ZERO stars if that were an option!
