Did some testing and found the breaker to be faulty. He had one in the truck, got it replaced quickly and made sure everything was stable again. I confirmed the appointment with him a few days prior. I also made sure with him that I would, in fact, have to be at the house for the installation to take place, and I told him I would come, although it was a three and a half hour drive for me, as I was temporarily living away. I took a day off, got babysitting and a night's stay at a friend's house, and made the trek to Fayetteville. The appointment came and went with no sign of him, and it took two calls, twenty minutes after our appointment, to get through to him. He then explained he was in the middle of an emergency, huge electrical repair and referred me to other companies. When I asked him if he could simply do it later, he said he was booked a ways out. So he cancelled my appointment, after all I went through to be there, but instead of bumping his other bookings back, kept all of them intact and completely cancelled mine and mine alone? He is courteous on the phone, but this encounter displays questionable ethic. It seems he was at this big job all day and could have informed me in the morning that he wouldn't be free. He could have called me at least minutes before the appointment to not have me wait. All that to say, I really had high hopes and wasted a lot of time and money on this company. Use this review at your discretion. Hopefully they will render better service in the future.

Since the cabinets couldn't be trimmed, I called Jeff and Mindy. They helped me raise my cabinets by 1 1/2 inches to make it fit. This involves all of the following by the time it was done: 1- Remove over range microwave 2- Dismount 96" of cabinets from the wall 3- Remount cabinets 1 1/2" higher 4- Move plug in cabinet to new location 5- Install new over range microwave 6- Install new range 7- Install new Dishwasher Great people that were very positive through it all and were less than half the cost of my quote from Mr Handyman. When I need help again, I will definitely "Just Call Friends!"
