Be very careful letting Paschal service your elderly family members' homes. They charged an elderly neighbor of mine with cognitive decline $999.01 (Invoice #1148718541). They charged $575.16 to swap a capacitor and stacked an additional $423.85 to change a basic contactor--parts that combined cost under $90 retail. Charging a confused senior nearly $1,000 for an hour of basic parts-swapping is predatory. A formal complaint has been submitted to the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office and Adult Protective Services. I asked my AC company what they would have charged for the same services at it was $195! Paschal, 412% higher than a competitor, $804.01 more! Be very careful! read more

They were receiving automatic payment from my checking account for months for a Maintenence agreement. I then find out that the cannot really perform the service in the agreement and cancelled. Once they got a credit card number, they started billing my credit card monthly as well WITHOUT my permission to do so. When contacted about it, they said they found no evidence of double billing, even though I provided copies of the credit card and bank statements proving otherwise. They tried to charge me for services that were NOT provided eg charged me for a shower install that they never did, among other things. ZERO stars if that were an option! read more

Storytime: I purchased a brand new HVAC unit from Paschal 3 years ago. It stopped working this June so I called them since it had a great warranty. The tech comes out, says it's the compressor, replaces it, charges me $2400, they say that's just the labor cost for 4 hours of work. doesn't fix it. They come out two more times, try to charge me another $1,000. I end up paying the $2,400 and they leave me with a working a/c unit after replacing several more parts. Shortly after water begins pouring out of my ceiling. I call them and they come out and say it's from the roof, not the hvac unit. I call a roofer, he says that's hogwash and it's coming from the hvac unit. I call them out yet again and this time with pictures of water pouring out from under the a/c unit. They come back out and say yeah the drain wasn't connected but it's not our fault. I ask why they didn't catch this when they tested the drain after install.... Crickets....I end up having to file an insurance claim. It is now November, the heater won't turn on. I call paschal, for hopefully the last time. The tech finds a dropped brass cap blocking the fan that has been there since they installed it. Honestly, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. A tech came to our home and said the motor needs to be replaced in one of our units and an additional service needed to be done. I was told the motor however is under warranty so there would be only a labor fee. When I received the quotes there were 3 additional recommendations for repairs that I was given no previous information on. Zero! I was also told the air filters were fine and didn't need to be replaced but on the recap of service form it listed the filters needed to be replaced. We replaced them on our own. I've been waiting for over a week for clarity on all the invoices for recommended services. I do not recommend Paschal at all. At this point they've lost my vote of confidence. read more

I had 3 HVAC installed by Paschal. One of the units failed within 1 year. I called them and asked if it was still under warranty. They guy did not know and wanted to send out a tech. They want to send out a tech to make that $90. The requited info is located on their computer because I purchased it from them. Then he said, "Did you order our service program ? If not, you are not covered." I requested to have a manager call me. The manager never returned my call. I called a smaller HVAC company. They told me over the phone, that they honor all manufacturer's warranties. They came over right away, found the problem and fixed it, all under the warranty. I believe Paschal has gotten way too big for their britches. Their customer service is horrible, they don't call you back. Remember, they need to make big money to support that huge warehouse. We have a contract for cleaning and maintenance. Our ac was freezing up a week ago. Took 4 days for someone to come out and charge is for refrigererent and nothing cleaned. The company asked me to leave a review after one service call, but after using them more than once, I have a better opinion. The first call was to replace a part on my A/C unit that only costs about $25 and is as simple to install as installing a battery in a child's toy; but they charged me nearly $400!! Then, they talked me into signing up for their monthly plan to save money, but that's a hoax! I'm stuck paying for an entire year, and they haven't done anything! I saw on their website that I could finance new equipment, such as an A/C unit or water heater, for 5 years. I called to confirm that, letting the rep know I was trying to finance a water heater, and she informed me that they did have that special and sent me the information for applying for credit. Since I knew they were higher than a previous company that I had gotten a quote from for about $3500, I applied for $6,000 credit. The tech finally finished the everlasting quote process (it took longer than speaking with the rep about the credit information and applying and being approved for credit) and it was $9100!!!! So, I had to take another hit to my credit to request the additional amount!!! Then after not seeing the special rate on my credit paperwork, I called the office back, but this time I got a different rep who said the 5 year special would not apply to the water heater and offered me a measly 2 years with no interest, which means I would have to pay $379/mo!!!! Since I don't have that kind of money, I would have to pay about $24,000 for the unit, parts/supplies, installation, and labor with the 28.99% interest rate they offered!!! I provided all these details to try to help you make the decision I wish I had been able to make - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a BIG ripoff! And that monthly fee I pay is a BIG waste because, of all the things that they found that needed to be repaired, nothing was under $300! Warranty is no warranty! We purchased a new HVAC unit from Paschal in the summer of 2022 for around $12,000. It came with a ten year warranty, or so we thought. Our initial satisfaction quickly turned to utter disappointment when it came time for them to stand behind their product. In July of 2025, the unit stopped cooling. We called Paschal and they sent out a technician, along with a $100 diagnostic fee. He diagnosed a faulty "TXV" switch, and we were told the part was under warranty. However, we were going to be responsible for labor, estimated at 2-3 hours. The cost - $1000! That's right, one thousand dollars - insanity! After calls to the salesman and a supervisor, the price magically dropped to $500 - still crazy! Was the extra $500 for the annual Paschal pool party? Where did the $1000 come from? Further calls to discuss the situation went unreturned. Since this was late July and the place was sweltering, we called the manufacturer of the part (Trane) and asked if they could recommend another technician. They recommended Robert from Pro Heating and Cooling. Robert came out and quickly discovered that the original diagnosis was faulty - it was a burned out motor and not the TXV switch! He was able to diagnose the problem, order the part, pick up the part, and came back at 6PM on the same day to complete the repair. His bill was under $250. After a few more calls to Paschal, they apologized and refunded the 'misdiagnosis' fee. A case of too little, too late. Paschal is OUT, Robert at Pro Heating and Cooling is IN! read more

Don't sign up for their yearly maintenance agreement. They will show up and try to tell you that you need to replace something or add something. It is a sales pitch every time. After 1 year we can't cancel the service. I have called they tell me a supervisor will call me back. This has never happened. I have tried for 2 months. I did call the bank a put a stop on it. We had a soaker tub installed and partial shower install. We have had so many techs in and out of our home trying to find the issue. We have never once complained about the price because we thought we were getting pros that could handle the job. One month in and they just left our home at 10:40pm and couldn't get it done. Had a humidifier installed on the newest unit that they failed to tell us requires a new $400 filter every year. Just arrived home from a week long vacation to a house with no working AC and an interior temp of 86. Unit is just 2-3 years old. Called Paschal to use their advertised 24/7 service. Was told they did not offer that this weekend (WTH?) and they could come out Monday. So I am supposed to sit here in sweltering heat for 3 days because YOUR equipment, that YOU sold me, broke down after only 2 + years? Answer? Yes. Although Paschal seems to have a great reputation, they're no different than many other HVAC repair companies. Their technicians are willing to scam you out of money and I have video evidence, including the original quote. Please, take time to read this before doing business with them and always do your due diligence. My blower motor went out last week and I didn't have time to fix it myself. We have Airbnb guests, so the AC is a priority. The tech came out and examined the unit (after walking throughout the entire house with dirty boots on). That's fine, I can clean that before the guests arrive. However, the issue comes down to the repair itself. I told the tech that the capacitor on the blower motor may have gone out and gave him other diagnostics. He called after looking at the unit and stated the capacitor was out, but also that the whole unit was rusted, the blower was blowing air very slowly, and the motor is a "welded on type". Thus, I was quote over $800 for the motor alone. If in fact the motor was welded onto the housing, I would also need to purchase the fan housing, blower fan, etc. All-in-all, this would have been a $1,300+ job with labor...for a fan motor. Often times, HVAC companies quote a very high price to incentivize you to replace the entire unit, this is a prime example of that. The tech was unaware that I've been in the air handler before to clean the drip pan (no rust on pan/inside air handler). They were also unaware that I pulled the blower assembly out when I first moved in 3 years ago to replace a frayed wire and last winter to install a new capacitor. They were unaware that I already know the assembly/motor isn't "welded in" and doesn't require a magical $800 motor (for reference, blower/fan motors run anywhere from $80-160 max for these units), yet I was still blatantly lied to about it. I have video evidence of the entire assembly removed from the handler, including the original quote from the tech. This is absolute fraud and I can't imagine the number of unknowing individuals who have been duped by these people. Shameful. EDIT FOR BUSINESS OWNER, INCLUDING PHOTOS. I appreciate you addressing the issue and trying to be as upfront as possible. I didn't feel pressured at all, I just discovered a clear massive over-charge. However, it should be noted that all direct replacement motors come with motor mounts affixed, including the OEM units. Per Goodman, the direct replacement Goodman-Amana SKU 0131M00849SP is readily available, ranging from $80 - $165 with mounts attached (I personally spoke with Goodman and purchased the required items from SupplyHouse). How can you justify a $801.90 flat rate price, knowing full well there isn't a residential blower motor that costs anywhere near that number? And to think, that's without labor (Less than 1 hr labor required for such a simple task). Even if you included labor, that would be upwards of $500+/hr labor rate. As far as the "rust" note; it was stated that the old motor and components inside the air handler were very rusty. The coils outside were not addressed, solely the air handler that houses the blower located under the home. I don't blame the tech for anything other than tracking through the house; I blame the company's policies are abhorrent pricing. read more

We had a leak in our bathroom faucet and the kitchen faucet. We saw Paschal on Angi's list so we thought we would give them a try. We called them and they had a service worker come to our home and found out what the problem was that we had a line that was leaking in the bathroom faucet and the kitchen faucet need a cartilage. We stated to him are this Delta faucets not guaranteed for life? He stated "yes, but sometime the customer cannot get the replacement parts that is needed." Some times it is not easy to get what you need through them. He said to check with a local business that sells Delta faucets and see what they can tell you. He also stated he could order the parts and we could pay for them and install them for us. Then he estimated the bill would be over $400.00 ( not sure of exact amount ) and he wanted my husband to sign on his computer(I pad) to get this price locked in before it changed. So, my husband signed the compute (I pad) We went to a business that sells Delta faucets and talked with the manager there. She stated "Yes the faucets are guaranteed for life". We told her what we needed and she looked up our faucets and gave us our information and then gave us the number to Delta customer service. We came back home and my husband called Delta and they were very nice and stated they would mail what we needed and there would be "NO CHARGE." So, we get the parts and contacted Paschal at the local office after 2 tries never returned our calls . So, my husband called the Springdale office and stated to the guy on the phone that we got the parts from Dell and needed them installed. He stated a price of over $500.00. My husband said to just "install the parts?? After talking with him some more he then stated I will have to research this and call you back. The phone call was never returned. So, my husband calls again and he still stated the cost would be over $500.00. My husband stated I'm not paying $500.00 to have you install these parts , and stated we didn't order the parts from you the parts came from Delta and we have the parts ourselves we just need them installed. He would never LOWER the price. Then he kept saying he would send some one out to see what was going on and then go from there. After several more minutes my husband stated "Just send us the service bill for $89.00 and we will pay that and find another plumber locally." So, I got the service bill for $89.00 on an email and wrote a check and took the check to the post office and mailed it today. NO! We will never use their services again. read more

While on hold a message said to use the website chat. While on chat I was told they couldn't tell me more and that I'd have to schedule an in home estimate. I took off work and did so. The comfort specialist was great. Checked my system, answered my questions, and gave me some options. He could not however give me a price on how much they'd buy back my system for. He said they never pay for equipment that they replace. Weird. So after he leaves, I call the number again and speak to someone. They say they never pay for equipment and that there are state and utility company credits or rebates you can apply for to lower the cost. They confirm once again that they do not actually want to buy back my system and pay me for it. They said they'll pass on my dissatisfaction to their marketing department. We have been without heat for a week now. Paschal came to our home on 01/17 because our unit wasn't working. It was discovered that lightening was the cause. We have been in contact with our insurance agent, and they are on board with whatever repairs are needed. We have called, had direct communication with the office staff, and cannot get an answer to what needs to be done. No heat for a week. We are on the maintenance plan with Paschal, purchased our unit from the previous owners (wish they were back), and have tried to be patient. I have never seen such poor internal communication from a company. No one can tell us where we are in this process or what the next step will be. The office staff is no help. No heat for a week. Do better, Paschal. Your 4.8 rating is about to take a dive. I see your reply. We HAVE contacted that number - numerous times over the past week - with no results. Had Paschal out to install a new kitchen faucet and look at a few fixtures that were leaking. The two techs that showed up were not only very nice and respectful but were also very knowledgeable about my fixtures. They were able to get my new faucet installed in no time at a very affordable rate. I really liked the text notification I received before they arrived that showed the technicians photo. We have had Paschals come out to repair the same issue 6 or 7 times this year alone. We have given them $500+ and still do not have reliable heat from our propane furnace. Everyone that has come out acts like they have never seen a propane wall furnace. Our furnace situation is worse off since hiring them. The technicians all act annoyed that they are coming back to our house to work on a repeat problem when we are the ones with a newborn and no reliable heat. I recommend steering clear of this service provider and going with literally any other HVAC service. read more

In the morning at my service I called them at 11 AM checking in because I hadn't heard from anyone and I was told a service person would arrive before 12 PM. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you! Pascal recently went to a friend's house, (Rogers Arkansas) and tried to convince them that because their electrical box was in an interior closet, it was against code. The Pascal representative said they had to report the issue. What a SCAM! Although with new build homes, the breaker box would not be located in the house, normally in the garage area, it is not against code to have them in the interior of the home for older homes. You would not have to relocate the breaker box in order to meet current codes if you are not updating the electrical. Pascal was at the home for an air conditioning call. I fix and flip homes for a living, so I am familiar with basic building and remodeling requirements. The only reason Pasal would make this suggestion would be to scare the homeowners the changes had to be made or they might get into trouble, "they were going to have to report" the issue. Total CRAP!!! Since Pascal does electrical work, who would benefit from lying to unknowing customers? read more

We have been customers of Paschal Air, Plumbing, and Electric since 2023, when we updated our AC system for their top-of-the-line Trane AC system. Although the price was very high, we were very pleased with the quality, service, knowledge, and results we had. Why then the 2-star review now? Their latest service to us - an estimate for a separate electrical job- was like we were dealing with another company. They stood us up for a whole afternoon without letting us know, rescheduled only because we called back, charged us $79 for an estimate that was 3 times as much as the other company we had contacted, and did not respond to our calls and messages when we requested a reimbursement for the $79 due to their standing us up and an apology. We are very disappointed. Last week, after 2 weeks of waiting, the head electrician called to apologize and to say that he had submitted the request for a reimbursement and that we would probably see it in our credit card statement within two days, but that he would call. We are still waiting for both the reimbursement and the call. I am sorry to say, we will think twice before we call them again. read more

Unfortunately I have to check at least one star to post this. I have used Paschal Air in the past and was usually pleased. Today I waited through my 5 hour window for a service call that I had scheduled a month ago. I received no call or text saying they were running late or needed to reschedule which I would have been ok with. I got up at 6:30am, 30 minutes before their scheduled possible arrival time. I wanted to make sure access to my furnace was clear which is in the attic so I moved my car out of the garage. I also wanted to be up and ready just in case they actually did show early so our dogs wouldn't wake everyone else in the house. Like I said, no call or text with an ETA. When I called at 12:15 all I was told was that we were still on the list for a scheduled service. I cancelled at that point and requested I be removed from their database because I would never use them again. I called a competitor and was able to schedule a service call for this coming week. If they show up and do a good job I will be sure to come back to this review and name that said company. I wanted to post this on Paschals website but couldn't find that option.
