It was excellent, the work out is a fast high intensity interval training, but you can certainly go at your own pace making it good for different levels of training. The work out was great! The studio is so clean and when the work out starts it's dark I love the vibe. The first class was free but I will definitely be back and signing up. The studio is located right in the heart of downtown Glen Rock, free parking 2 hr limit in the front and there is also parking in the back. The workers were all very nice and motivating too! She made sure I had the right posture and motivated me to work even harder! As a result, I felt comfortable and really enjoyed my experience. Not to mention, the other women in the class were so nice afterward and asked how I felt and encouraged me to come back. You can tell the regulars believe in the class and are passionate about it! For the new people: make sure you wear leggings at or below the knee and a top or shirt (you can't wear just a sports bra). I also recommend grip socks! They sell them there too.

I even got a pop-up text message my class was about to begin. When I got there, turns out they had canceled the class! The lady behind the counter was rude, and said she could not put me into the next class because it was full and I would have to stay and wait to personally ask the instructor. A little better customer service would go a long way.

Wow! I thought I was in good shape and then I started working out with Gina. After just 4 weeks I…read moream feeling way better. I think it's not just the workout regime but also her nutritional coaching that have made such a big difference. I already knocked 20 seconds of of my 5k time and my ankle and back pain have disappeared. Try the Jacob's Ladder machine, crazy tough! Great for runners and hikers. Gina will challenge you but is very safety conscious as well (and pretty funny too!) Gina is also a big animal lover and when I told her about my special needs kitty she offered to do Reiki on him. I was skeptical but thought why not? Incredibly after just three sessions he is doing much better. He just seems happier and more energetic. Also a great location in the heart of downtown Ridgewood!

I had my first Reiki session today with Gina and it was amazing. The physical changes I felt…read morehappening during the session were something I wouldn't have thought possible. Gina focused in on stress, health and emotional areas that have been weighing me down for quite some time. After the session I immediately felt lighter and hopeful. I only wish I had called her sooner. Gina is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind... she made me feel at ease right away. She is also helping my dog overcome a sudden anxiety of the outdoors.
