I think it's not just the workout regime but also her nutritional coaching that have made such a big difference. I already knocked 20 seconds of of my 5k time and my ankle and back pain have disappeared. Try the Jacob's Ladder machine, crazy tough! Great for runners and hikers. At my most recent visit to Ridgewood RHY, they went against their own policy and gave my spot away to someone else less than 5 minutes after class started. I was late due to lack of parking. I've been on the other end of this policy at multiple locations, waiting on standby in the event that someone was a no-show, and had to wait the full five minutes. Ive been turned away before because the person running late arrived at the last second. I totally get it! However, the same courtesy was not extended to me. I'm really disappointed, and probably won't visit this location again soon because of this.
