I've unfortunately been going down the street for the last year to vibrations which has been literal torture anytime I need to go In there but today I popped into voltage and not only was Megan awesome, super helpful and friendly , but the selection was HUGE they had my brand and flavors and I'm super pleased!!!!! 10 outta 10. Usually love coming here but one of the newer guys, not sure of his name but he had grey hair, and was sitting on his laptop watching some video for like a few moments before realizing I was there and just seemed so annoyed that a person walked in and he had to do his job. After having an absolutely terrible experience at another vape shop down the same street my friend recommended voltage vape shop and Iv never been so happy with a recommendation! The shop is SO clean. The staff is SO kind and knowledgeable! They answered questions I didn't know I had and the juices and products are all displayed nicely. They really take their time servicing the customer to make sure you are happy with your purchase, I don't feel rushed to choose like I do at other shops. glorious store. Wonderful staff knowledgable and don't push u out the door. I was really skeptical based off the murmurs of this place not being good with customers but that's not the truth. I just left with the best juice I've had, they are my favorite shop within in town for sure. Has plenty of RDAS plenty of MOD boxes regulated and non regulated. I'm visiting from Los Angeles and my pods unfortunately burned out. I have an orion lost quest and a sourin edge. I walked in, no one even said hello. There were three employees at a vape store... but anyways, proceed to try to buy something. homeboy is rude as fuck. I don't know how this place stays in business or what kind of service they think they are providing. Vibrations is down the street and so is another smoke shop. Go there instead. this place is trash and overpriced, and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by selling you something. awful experience, awful people. read more

Good selection but we kind of thought they were kinda unfriendly the first time we came in, like they didn't want to answer our questions. Then when we ran back in (to buy two more of the vaporlax because we liked them) they said "you're back?" and were apparently kind of rude to my housemate and partner. Meh experience read more

I pulled into this store at 9:59 with a sign clearly indicating that they open at 10:00 on the current day. To my surprise at 10:01 the doors were locked, the lights were off and there was no cars in the lot aside from us . At 10:02 a bearded male came in and finally opened the store. 5/5 Stars!!! read more

Has an amazing juice selection first off. Easily the best juice selection in the area. However every time I go in there they seem a little stuck up. Like they're better than everyone cause they only carry 300 dollar mech mods and thats all they use. Also parking sucks. read more

Juice selection like no other. Full flavor profiles to fit any taste. High quality juice. Not sure what you like, just ask... The staff is super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They will give you plenty of options to choose from. Updated menu at bar if you choose to browse on your own. Great selection of mods and all accessories. The atmosphere is lounge like, bring a friend and sit on couch, tables or at bar. The location is great. Parking can be a little tricky with MGM construction, but great little local shops near by to eat or grab coffee as well. Need to be in and out, that works too. Stand at bar and they will help you promptly. New to vaping? Trying to quit? Tight budget? These guys will get you set up with a device that suits your needs. Experienced? They have all you need plus more to trick out your mod. They have everything covered from pens to cloud chasers. Bottom line: great place to get all vaping needs of all levels. My best friend, my husband and I have been to pretty much every vape store in MA and CT and we keep coming back to Voltage. I hear they also just opened a new shop in Enfield as well. read more
